  • honey or lemon slices (if you like them)

Here are the instructions:

  1. The the cups of water in a medium saucepan.
  2. The heat should be medium-high.
  3. Allow the water to come to a gentle simmer.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  5. Add the tea leaves/bags to the water.
  6. Cover and steep the tea for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Use a sieve to strain the leaves.
  8. Serve the tea hot or warm with honey or/and lemon slices.

You can drink this tea both warm or cold, as you like.

How often should you drink it?

Well, you'd better drink it every day and make sure that you drink 2 cups per day.

When should you drink it? In the morning, of course.

Also, for breakfast a glass of milk is perfect.

Or, if you have trouble falling asleep, you can try drinking a glass of milk before going to bed.

Let's stick to drinks for now!

Actually, another drink that is rich in vitamin D is fortified orange juice.

However, this is not its only advantage. Here are its other benefits:

So, if you don't like milk, you can replace it with a glass of orange juice.

As you've noticed, I didn't talk about two important sources of vitamin D:
