My Colon Broom Review (2022) – Are Its Ingredients Worth It?

It’s time for my Colon Broom review, which is a really interesting cleansing product.

That’s because it’s designed for several health issues:

Besides – it comes as a powder, so it’s really easy (and tasty) to take.

Not to mention that it has lots of satisfied users behind.

But let me tell you more about this product in the next lines.

Note: This review is based on my opinion + research on Colon Broom.

Review Summary

Full Name: Colon Broom by Max Nutrition

Product Type: Laxative/Colon Supplement

Best Actual Price: $25 – $69

Cheapest Place To Buy: Its official website

The original version is only available on its official page, so get it from there only.

Designed For: Improving your colon health – but not only:

  • constipation (even severe one)
  • difficulty in losing weight
  • bloating and detoxing the body

It’s a supplement with multiple benefits in terms of digestive health.

But I recommend it for severe cases of constipation, bloating and other digestive issues.

My Rating: 9 out of 10

Recommended?: Yes – as long as you’re dealing with a severe problem:

  • very powerful effect
  • works really well in most cases
  • easy to take

It can be too strong for minor digestive symptoms, so I only recommend it for more serious ones.

In case your symptoms are rather mild, go for this cheaper alternative.

What I Liked About It

  • Very concentrated formula (high dose of Psyllium)
  • Formulated as a powder
  • Really easy to take
  • Many praises from its satisfied users
  • Lots of real reviews available online
  • Available in several countries

What I Didn’t Like About It

  • Very pricey for its value
  • Too strong for milder cases
  • Higher risk of side effects than other products (if you’re not taking it correctly)

Colon Broom In A Nutshell

Shortly – this product is an uncommon colon cleanser (in the good way).

There are 2 features that make it stand out:

  1. Designed as a tasty powder.
  2. Works as a laxative, probiotic and detox product.

Besides, it seems to be very effective for constipation and bloating.

But that’s mostly in severe cases.

So there’s no need to use it if you only have mild symptoms – it’s probably too strong.

Besides, it’s a pricey product – so why spend so much on it?

However, it’s really effective in severe cases.

So all in all – Colon Broom makes a really good option, but only for certain people.

It’s up to you to tell if you’re one of them or not.

#1 – How It Works & Producer

Here are some basic things you should know about Colon Broom:

  • what kind of product it is
  • how exactly it works
  • who is the company behind it
1. How It Works

First of all – Colon Broom is a laxative, but not a typical one.

That’s because it has several additional benefits, besides its laxative effect:

  • promotes weight loss
  • detoxifies the body
  • relieves bloating and indigestion

Now – its main promise is “Poop like a winner, lose weight the easy way!”.

So it’s clearly designed for multiple purposes.

Regarding its laxative effect – it’s mostly based on its main ingredient (Psyllium).

What makes Colon Broom stand out is that it comes as a powder.

This makes it a lot easier to take than most colon cleansing/laxative supplements.

All in all – it seems to be a pretty good product.

2. Company Behind

Colon Broom’s producer seems to be a brand called Max Nutrition:

  • specialized on fitness/weight loss products
  • several supplements in its portofolio
  • pretty good reputation

However – the company is slightly mentioned on Colon Broom’s website.

So the product isn’t very associated with this brand.

But other than that, it seems to be a reputable company.

#2 – Ingredients (8 out of 10)

This supplement has a very interesting formulation.

Its main ingredient is Psyllium, which also comes in a very high dose (3.6 g).

Additionally, there are several compounds helpful for digestion:

  • fibers
  • calcium
  • sodium + potassium

Now – Colon Broom’s formula looks pretty well overall.

It’s not the best composition I have seen in a colon cleansing product, to be honest.

That’s because it doesn’t contain as many varied ingredients as other products.

But for a powder – its formula is more than decent.

So let’t analyze its main ingredients in detail.

1. Psyllium (3.6 g)

This ingredient is extracted from Plantago ovata and it’s known for its benefits.

Most specifically – it’s helpful for the digestive system:

  • reduces and prevents constipation [1]
  • improves bloating sensations
  • boosts weight loss
  • helps gut problems [2]

Now, Psyllium has a lot of clinical trials behind – so its benefits are real.

Besides, the dose from Colon Broom is a great one (in terms of potency).

Just keep in mind that this ingredient can irritate your bowel at first.

That’s probably why Colon Broom should be taken once a day initially.

Once your body gets used to this high Psyllium dose, you can switch a double serving size.

2. Extra Ingredients

There are some additional compounds in Colon Broom:

  1. Fibers – reduce constipation and bloating.
  2. Calcium – has some laxative proprieties.
  3. Sodium – cleanses colon and improves digestion.
  4. Potassium – helps digestive system.

These ingredients aren’t as powerful as Psyllium (in terms of digestive benefits).

So they’re not the main ingredients from this product.

But they surely increase the overall effect.

Conclusion

Colon Broom has a pretty good formula, all in all.

It’s definitely not the best cold cleanser I know, simply because it lacks varied ingredients.

But it surely makes a good option in terms of laxative supplements.

Its ingredients have some clinically-tested benefits for digestive issues.

#3 – Consistency & Dosage (10 out of 10)

Here’s how Colon Broom looks like and how you should take it.

1. Consistency

First of all – one of this product’s main advantages is that it’s a powder.

This means it’s super easy to take:

  • has a strawberry flavour
  • you only have to mix it with water

Most detox products are formulated as supplements.

That’s not a bad thing at all (I personally prefer supplements to drinking powders).

But many people would rather have the powder version, if possible.

So that’s a real advantage of Colon Broom.

2. Dosage

When it comes to its serving size, here’s what the label recommends:

  1. You should start with one serving per day.
  2. Follow this strategy in the first 5 days.
  3. You can switch to 2 servings/day, if you prefer.

This strategy’s goal is to allow your body to get used to the extra fiber.

Starting straight off with 2 servings a day can cause you some side reactions.

And that’s surely something you want to stay away from.

So if you’re satisfied with the effect you get from one serving size a day, you can stick to that.

But other than that – the product is super easy to take.

#4 – Results (8 out of 10)

The best way to see the real results of a product is by checking its user reviews.

And fortunately – Colon Broom has quite a lot.

Note: I only analyzed authentic reviews, not promotional/fake ones.

1. Positive Opinions

Now – this product has several user experiences on its official page.

But as usual, I try to avoid those (because they can be false positive).

However, Colon Broom has a lot of reviews on Trust Pilot (which is known to be legitimate).

So let’s take a look at its praises there:

  1. Some people said it really helped with their constipation.
  2. Others claim it’s great for bloating.
  3. A few recommend it only for severe digestive issues.
  4. A couple of others praise its tasty powder.

So on the positive side – it has a huge per cent of satisfied users.

That’s why it’s probably effective in a high number of cases.

2. Negative Opinions

As you can guess – Colon Broom also has a few complaints about its effect.

But in my opinion, its negative reviews are quite serious:

  1. Several people complain about its company’s misleading claims.
  2. Some even mention they couldn’t get a normal refund.
  3. Others say its effect is too powerful.

Now – Colon Broom’s rate of complaints is quite low.

So it has way more praises overall.

But its existing complaints are quite serious.

And overall – they show that the product works, but it can sometimes be too powerful.

That’s why I recommend Colon Broom for serious cases of bloating/constipation.

Conclusion

All in all – Colon Broom is a very potent product.

It helps with constipation and bloating (but sometimes even too much).

So I do recommend it, but only if you’re suffering from some real digestive symptoms.

In these cases – it’s very helpful and effective.

#5 – Side Effects (7 out of 10)

Honestly, Colon Broom is not the safest detox product out there:

  • pretty concentrated
  • high dose of Psyllium
  • you need to take it gradually

Now – the label even recommends starting with a lower dose.

In this way, you body can get used to its effect.

And consequently – you shouldn’t develop any serious side reactions.

But if you do – the main side effects this product can cause are mostly digestive issues:

  • diarrhea
  • stomach cramps
  • nausea

Shortly – they are an exacerbation of Colon Broom’s main effect.

That’s why I don’t advise you to take a higher dose – as you may end up dealing with these issues.

Besides, a few people actually complain about these problems.

So unless you have some real digestive issues, don’t go for Colon Broom.

#6 – Price (6 out of 10)

For a colon cleanser – Colon Broom is a pretty pricey product.

So I would only recommend it if you’re on a larger budget.

1. The Exact Price

First of all – I only advise you to buy this product from its official website.

It’s the only place selling the original version of Colon Broom.

Regarding its pricing – there are 2 options:

  • standard price
  • subscription price

Now, the official website comes with a lot of seasonal discounts.

But here are the overall prices:

  1. Standard bottle costs $68.99.
  2. For the largest supply, you pay around $35/bottle.
  3. Prices are lower if you go for a subscription.
  4. You can get a bottle for even $25 (depending on the seasonal discount available).

Now – Colon Broom has a decent price if you subscribe to its auto-shipping.

But if you don’t, it’s surely expensive.

So it’s completely up to you.

But I wouldn’t necessarily recommend buying a single bottle with no subscription.

That’s simply because its price is very high.

In this case, I advise you to go for another colon product that costs way less.

2. Worth Or Not?

It’s somehow worth it.

It’s a great product for constipation and bloating (especially for severe cases).

But if you’re only dealing with mild issues, I would say it’s too pricey and strong.

So it’s a good product overall.

But it all depends on your exact needs.

Conclusion

Colon Broom is a pretty pricey supplement overall.

So unless you go for a subscription and larger quantity – I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

But other than that, it’s a good option in terms of effect.

That’s why it totally depends on what you need.

My Verdict – Is It Worth It?

Short answer: Yes – as long as you need a powerful product.

It’s great for severe cases of constipation and bloating:

  1. Based on a very concentrated formula.
  2. Many satisfied users behind.
  3. Easy to take (powder).
  4. Works really good for bad constipation/bloating.

However, it’s definitely not a perfect product.

It’s too strong for mild cases, so it can cause the opposite effect (if it’s not used correctly).

Besides, it’s a very expensive product – so it’s not suitable for all budgets.

But obviously – it’s totally your choice.

So if you consider to be suitable for Colon Broom’s effect, it’s surely worth buying.
