My Review: CinnaChroma (2024) – Scam Or Worth The Side Effects?

It’s time to review CinnaChroma – which is a supplement for blood sugar.

But does it actually turn out to be a good product?

Or is it just a waste of your money?:

  • lacks authentic reviews
  • quite expensive
  • basic ingredients

Let's find out all the info behind it and whether it's worth your effort or not.

Note: This review is based on my opinion + research on CinnaChroma.

Review Summary

Full Name: CinnaChroma Advanced Blood Sugar Support Formula by Barton Nutrition

Product Type: Diabetes/Blood Sugar Supplement

Best Actual Prize: Starts at $67

Cheapest Place To Buy: Its official website

Designed For: Maintaining a healthy blood glucose metabolism.

My Rating: 3 out of 10

Recommended?: No – there are a lot of weird things about this product:

  • no solid background
  • pretty pricey for its value
  • limited honest reviews

I strongly suggest you to go for a better option, which makes the best diabetes/blood sugar tea/supplement.

What I Liked About It

  • Contains some basic ingredients
  • Has a professional website behind
  • Convenient to use (one pill daily)
  • Offers different bundle options

What I Didn’t Like About It

  • Ingredients could be more varied
  • Price is high for its quality
  • Very limited customer reviews
  • Little info about its background
  • Risky results
  • Current version may be a fake one

CinnaChroma In A Nutshell

Firstly – CinnaChroma looks like a typical diabetes supplement.

But after a careful research, I would say that it's not good at all.

Here are the red flags I encountered about it:

  • its actual version may be fake
  • no solid background info
  • limited honest reviews
  • not the best ingredients
  • very pricey for its value

The only good thing about it is its low serving size.

It only requires one capsule per day and you can take a maximum of 2.

Now – the price of a bottle is $67, which is not the best deal.

That's simply because it's a questionable and risky product.

It's not a scam, since most of its previous buyers received their orders.

But its overall quality is not the best.

This is why I recommend you to look for some better options.

#1 – How It Works & Producer

Here's some basic info you should know about CinnaChroma:

  • its company/producer
  • what health problem it improves
  • how it works inside the body
1. How It Works

Honestly – CinnaChroma has some very limited info about it.

Based on its description, it claims to work in several ways:

  • maintains a healthy blood sugar
  • suppresses sugar cravings
  • minimizes the effect of carbohydrates
  • supports weight loss

It also states to reduce blood glucose by up to 29% in just 40days.

If you ask me, the product revolves around the religious history of cinnamon.

Also – it points the wonders of the major ingredients in the body.

Honestly, I'm not super impressed by this supplement.

That's simply because I see a lot of questionable signs about it.

So it's really hard to believe its claims are completely real.

Either way, I still don't fully trust this product.

2. Company Behind

CinnaChroma is created by a company called Barton Nutrition.

I did a very careful research about it online.

However – I couldn't find any solid background about it.

Also, I even looked at the reviews of the company itself.

But unfortunately, there aren't any (not even on BBB).

Now, the only way you can reach them out is through email or phone.

But the lack of info on this brand is still pretty questionable to me.

So I strongly suggest you to look for more some trusted products.

#2 – Ingredients (4 out of 10)

Now – CinnaChroma has a very basic formulation.

It contains 3 types of ingredients:

  • vitamins
  • minerals
  • cinnamon (the main compound)

Also – the doses are decent on paper, in my view.

But honestly, its formula isn't the best I have seen so far.

So here's the list of its main compounds:

  1. Chromium – supports glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity [1]
  2. Vitamin D3 – helps lower blood sugar back to normal [2]
  3. Vanadium – lowers cholesterol level and blood pressure [3]
  4. Selenium – prevents the development of diabetes [4]
  5. Vitamin K2 – reduces risks of type 2 diabetes [5]
  6. Cinnamon Bark Extract – improves blood glucose and sugar cravings [6]

Now – these ingredients exist in many blood sugar supplements.

That's why CinnaChroma's formula isn't the best.

It could have been better if it had some extra herbal ingredients, in my view.

So other than that, the formula looks pretty basic (but decent).

However – it's not something I would necessarily recommend.

Conclusion

Honestly – I couldn't trust the ingredients inside CinnaChroma.

The formula and its doses look decent on paper.

It's not amazing or excellent – but it is decent.

But not knowing the real source of this product itself isn't very appealing to me.

#3 – Pills & Dosage (4 out of 10)

Just as I expected, there's no solid data about how CinnaChroma looks.

I saw some photos of the bottle with capsules beside it.

So here's what this product looks like:

  • clear capsules
  • brown to light green powder inside
  • average size pills

Now – if this info is true, I would say it looks like a normal supplement.

In terms of suggested dose, it recommends one pill per day.

But it also mentioned you can take 2 capsules, in case you want a stronger effect.

Also – skipping a day it is said to be okay, which is pretty weird.

Honestly, I still don't recommend it – regardless of what it really looks like.

Again – it doesn't have any clear info about its source.

So if I were you, I would look for other products that are more trustworthy.

#4 – Results (3 out of 10)

As always – I try to look for some honest customer reviews.

I do this to show you the different views on the product.

Also, to avoid giving you a one-sided opinion in this review.

Note: I only consider authentic reviews, not promotional/fake ones.

1. What People Say

Honestly – I didn't see CinnaChroma in any online retailers.

It's only sold on its official website.

So I have no choice but to feature the reviews on its official page:

  1. Most of the buyers noticed a decrease in their blood sugar levels.
  2. Some said it helped them maintain their glucose level normal.
  3. There were also comments about how it stopped their sugar cravings.
  4. Others mentioned that their blood sugar levels were still high after taking it.
  5. A few customers experienced side effects after taking it.
  6. Some comments were about refunds and extra fees.
  7. The complaints about canceling the subscription were also very numerous.

The overall rating of the product is 3.8 stars out of 5.

I was actually expecting the rating to be higher, since the reviews came from its official website.

But if you ask me, I'm still not fully convinced about the feedback.

My main reason is the vague background of this product.

However – you can notice the common complaints about fees and subscriptions.

It's a bad sign, because it has the same pattern as other rip-off products.

Conclusion

Overall – CinnaChroma seems to work in lowering blood sugar.

But there are also complaints about it being a waste of money.

And even though it worked for some, I'm still not completely convinced.

#5 – Side Effects (4 out of 10)

Honestly – I think CinnaChroma can be dangerous in some ways.

That's simply because it doesn't have any solid info about its source.

There are some signs that it's not a very safe product.

I'm talking about some of the reviews from its official page.

Now – here are the adverse effects experienced by some previous users:

  • higher blood glucose level
  • upset stomach
  • allergic reactions

If you ask me, these side effects are not serious, in normal cases.

But since CinnaChroma is questionable, you should be very careful.

So if I were you, I would stay away from supplements with these patterns.

I recommend you to look for other options, that are safer for your body.

#6 – Price (2 out of 10)

As I mentioned, CinnaChroma is very expensive.

There are a lot of reasons why so it's not the best option.

1. The Exact Price

The safest place where you can buy CinnaChroma is from its official website.

In fact – it's the only website that sells it.

Here are the bundles offered there:

  • One bottle costs $67
  • 3 bottles cost $177
  • 6 bottles cost $294
  • Monthly subscription is only $47/bottle

If you ask me, these price tags are really high (even for the 6 bottles pack).

Plus, I don't recommend subscribing right from the start.

That's because you're not sure if this product actually works for you.

So why would you pay in advance?

Also – considering its not so good features, it's not worth this price.

Honestly, I don't think you should go for it.

But obviously, it's still up to you if you want to take the risk of not.

So far – it's not a product I would recommend.

2. Competitors’ Price

If you ask me, I would recommend you to try a better option.

It's a product called Gluco Cleanse Tea:

  1. Gluco Cleanse Tea's ingredients are unique and very varied.
  2. The formula works best for diabetes/high blood sugar levels.
  3. CinnaChroma's formula is basic and decent on paper.
  4. But the ingredients are few and they need more improvement.
  5. Gluco Cleanse Tea normally costs $69.
  6. In the best case, you can get it for only $49/pack.
  7. CinnaChroma's price starts at $67 and offers more bundles.

If you really compare the 2 products, Gluco Cleanse Tea is obviously the best choice.

It may not be cheaper in price but it has some way more uperior features.

So it's the best investment of your money, in my view.

Conclusion

Overall – CinnaChroma has a very high price for its true quality.

If you ask me, I don't recommend you to buy a questionable product.

It's not the best investment of your money, in my opinion.

#7 – Final Conclusions

Here’s a summary of my view on CinnaChroma.

1. Basic Formula

If you ask me, CinnaChroma contains some decent ingredients.

However – it's not the best from the market, but it can get better.

But if you ask me, there are better formulations out there.

2. Unclear Background

After careful research, CinnaChroma doesn't have clear background:

  • does have an official website
  • almost no info about it anywhere else

I'm not saying that it's a scam. but you should be careful.

There are some complaints about its extra fees and subscription cancellations.

3. Very Expensive

Now – CinnaChroma is not the best investment for your money.

A one-time purchase of a bottle costs $67.

There are also bundles offered and a discount upon subscription.

But since it has a lot of red flags, I don't think it's worth its price.

My Verdict – Worth It Or Not?

Short answer: No – it has some undesirable features:

  1. Unclear background info
  2. Limited authentic reviews available
  3. Needs more ingredient variation
  4. High price for its value
  5. Risky effect (harmful for some people)

Honestly – products like CinnaChroma are not a good investment.

This exact supplement is legit, since previous buyers received their orders.

But it doesn't mean that you will get your money's worth.

So it's better to save your money and look for a better alternative.

What do I recommend instead? A product called Gluco Cleanse Tea:

  • Contains superior forms of ingredients
  • A lot of satisfied users recommend it
  • Well-tolerated and reasonable price eag
  • Excellent benefits to aid high blood sugar as well as weight loss

If you ask me – it's much better to choose Gluco Cleanse Tea instead.

Not only does it have a lower price, but it's also very trustworthy.

So you will surely get your money's value with this product.

13 thoughts on “My Review: CinnaChroma (2024) – Scam Or Worth The Side Effects?

  1. I have tried numerous diabetes supplements and have found little or no results. The all have one bottle to six bottle offerings starting at $29 up to $69 for one bottle. They also have 6 bottle offerings but for the prices they all seem to be infective. Sure some of them have a money back guarantee but is it worth all the hassle sourcing all the supposable Type 2 Diabetes supplements. I need to see an independent review before I try any other additional supplements. To pay over $249 for six bottles of these miracle supplements just does not seem to be a good value. All the suppliers claim to scoure the world for pure and proper ingredients, but can you really believe any of them. I am on Metformin, Lisinopril and 2 other type 2 Diabetic medications and my blood sugar is around 114 and is covered by my insurance. Before I try another supplement I need to see actual reviews and not the hype that you currently see.

    1. Hi Jim, thanks a lot for your honest thoughts and unfortunately, I have to agree with you when it comes to diabetes supplements. Most of them claim to make miracles and even cure diabetes, when in reality, a big per cent of them actually do nothing (many can’t even reduce high glucose levels any single bit).

For this reason, I would never recommend giving up your diabetes medication and replacing it with a supplement (as many people do or want to do). You can indeed combine supplements with prescription drugs and the results are sometimes really good. But there’s no way I would advise anyone with diabetes to give up his prescription drugs for a supplement, on the contrary.

Regarding supplements, most of the ones we reviewed are indeed pretty bad. Out of the few ones that really have a high quality, I would advise you to take a look at Striction D. It has a very different formula from most diabetes supplements – it’s based on only 5 ingredients, but they have some pretty high doses are they are more potent. It also uses a slightly different approach, as its effect is based on the benefits of the best type of Cinnamon out there (which most supplements don’t use). Now, don’t expect this product to replace your prescribed treatment. But it can definitely help with high glucose levels, I had a lot of readers trying it out and getting back to me with some very positive results. It surely depends from person to person, but it’s one of the few diabetes supplements I would actually recommend giving a try.

      Wishing you the best.

  2. I would like to send FOUR Bottles back to your company for a REFUND. The expiration date on all four bottles is February 2022. I see where THREE bottles sell for $177, I will accept the THREE bottles and yet send you back FOUR. THANKS A LOT if 1 bottle is for free but how am I supposed to use all of this? I WILL NOT DOUBLE DOSE to get the most out of it, I PREFER LATE EXPIRATION DATE. Pls send me a return address, and I will send the bottles back…….If only I listened to the advice in this review I would have not got this problem at all.

    Thanking you in advance,
    Lindsay Samantha Aburi

    1. Hi, Lindsay! I’m sorry to hear about your issues with them. Unfortunately, we don’t have a connection with them so we can’t help you with your refund and returns. I suggest that you go straight to the website where you ordered CinnaChroma or call or message the contact number on the mailing pouch. I hope you can get it figured out soon. Good luck!

  3. Sorry to say this but it looks like just another review to give way and promote other products ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️ but after I finished reading the review, my judgment is not right at all. I might just be judgemental but since we’re here, I have a problem with maintaining my normal blood sugar level. I’ve been using stevia but it doesn’t make any difference. Am I doing something wrong? How do you know if a blood sugar supplement is a good one? Maybe some tips on how to find a reliable supplement. THANK YOU and don’t hate me LOL!

    1. Hello, Yuna! Thank you for appreciating our review and we’re happy to prove you wrong. Don’t worry, we don’t spread hate here. To answer your question, the very basic thing to look for in finding a good blood sugar supplement is to look for one that really helps you regulate your blood glucose levels without causing any side effects. You might also want to check the formula to see if the ingredients and their doses are safe to use. In addition, you can also read about the 8 Best Diabetes Supplements (Review + User Guide) if you have time. Thank you for leaving us a comment!

  4. Hi Paula,

Have you done any reviews on Gluctose, GlucaVive, and GlucoFix? If so, please share what you think on them. Thanks!

    Rose M…

    1. Hey Rose, Olly here. We don’t have a specific review of the 3 supplements you mentioned, but I checked them out and I will sum them up here for you:

      1. Gluctose has a pretty classic formula, meaning that it has the same composition as about 50% of all diabetes supplements from the market. There’s a specific mix of ingredients that a lot of brands use, which includes Juniper, Banaba, Chromium, Cinnamon – but the Cassia version, etc.). Among the products we reviewed, Blood Sugar Blaster has this kind of formula and if you check it out, you will see that it has about the same ingredients as Gluctose. If you check our review of it, you will see that we don’t necessarily recommend it, so our verdict is basically the same when it comes to Gluctose.

      2. Glucavive is actually a lot worse. It has a weaker formula, which consists of a few nutrients (vitamins/minerals) and the rest of its ingredients are listed together in a blend. Since the blend contains about 10 different herbs and its overall dose is 800 mg, the average individual dose/ingredient is around 80, which is extremely little. Supplements with under-dosed formulas tend to combine several ingredients in a blend instead of listing some individual (but low) doses, this is why Glucavive also has some very low doses overall. Ironically, it actually costs a lot more than Gluctose, which isn’t even that expensive.

      3. As for Glucofix, I actually found about 3 different versions of this supplement, so I would need to know the brand in order to see which version you’re talking about.

But all in all, I wouldn’t recommend any of the 2 supplements I analyzed, because they can’t compare to StrictionD, which makes the best diabetes supplement I looked into. Its price is a lot better, but its composition is several times more effective and superior. So if you’re looking for the best alternative to these supplement, I totally recommend StrictionD.

Hope this helps and waiting for your answer on GlucoFix.

  5. I started getting nose bleeds after taking your product for 8 days . The K2 acts as a blood thinner. Not good.

    1. Hello there, this is not my product. We have only written review of this, we are not selling it. Besides, if you had read our review before trying out this supplement, you would have seen that we don’t really recommend it. You should send this message to customer support.

  6. I completely agree with this review. In fact I would go further. It is a poor product which increased not decreased my blood sugar almost doubling it and and leaving me with a very bad bout of diarrhoea.
Furthermore, when I tried to call Barton nutrition to complain and get my money back as per their guarantee I got “invalid number” and when I tried to email them I got “Your message wasn’t delivered to support because the domain bartonnutritiion.com couldn’t be found.” which tells me this is a fraudulent company, which I should have realised when I could not initially find any review of the company.
My recommendation is avoid taking this product as vigorously as you would avoid taking a known poison.

    1. Thanks for your insight, Anthony, sorry to hear about your experience with this brand. I’m sure your review will help other people stay away from them.
