My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2024) – My #1 Choice For Inflammation

My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2019) - My #1 Choice For Inflammation

It's time for my Turmeric Curcumin Plus review – because it's my #1 recommended turmeric product:

  1. Classic formula (with high dosages)
  2. Lowest price on the market
  3. Ingredients with a pure source

So at this point – I think it's the best turmeric supplement on the market.

I'm speaking in terms of quality/price.

So what lies behind this product? Here's my in depth analysis + video review.

Note: This review is based on my opinion + research on Turmeric Curcumin Plus.

Review Summary

Full Name: Turmeric Curcumin Plus by Vita Balance

My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2019) - My #1 Choice For InflammationProduct Type: Joint Pain/Turmeric Supplement

It's described as “the natural superfood” so it's also good for general health.

Best Actual Price: Around $24 per bottle (standard price)

You can also get it for about $16/bottle.

Cheapest Place To Buy: Its official website

Designed For: Inflammatory pain (its #1 indication):

  • forms of arthritis caused by inflammation
  • auto-immune arthritis (RA, PsA)
  • swollen joints
  • chronic pain

It also works for any kind of inflammation in your body (not just joint pain).

Additionally – it's helps heart and cognitive health and supports a healthy weight loss.

My Rating: 9.50 out of 10 (The only product I rated so high)

Recommended?: Definitely – it's the best turmeric supplement you can buy:

  • excellent formula with pure ingredients
  • high dosages in all compounds
  • increased absorption
  • lowest price among all competitors

For these reasons, it's my top recommendation for inflammatory joint pain (and other health benefits).

How To Buy It Cheaper

Here's a way to get Turmeric Curcumin for $16 per bottle, instead of $24.

  1. Use the 5% off code from below
  2. Get the largest pack
  3. You get 1 free bottle + almost $32 off

If you make the calculations, this means $16 per bottle – which is the lowest price I've seen in a turmeric supplement.

That's a main reason why this product can save you a few dollars.

What I Liked About It

  • Classic formula with high dosages
  • Its ingredients have clinical evidence behind
  • Contains an absorption booster (BioPerine)
  • Only 2 pills per day
  • Several positive customer reviews
  • Really low price for the quality (up to $16/bottle)

What I Didn't Like About It

  • Shipping costs around $5
  • Only available in about 35 countries
  • No reviews available on 3rd party websites
  • Only sold on its official website

Why It's My #1 Recommended Turmeric Supplement

Shortly – I consider this supplement as the best choice on the market.

My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2019) - My #1 Choice For InflammationI actually have 4 major reasons for this:

  1. Lowest price among turmeric products (overall)
  2. Excellent for inflammatory pain and not only
  3. Classic formula with high dosages
  4. Better absorption rate than certain similar products

All in all – I think Turmeric Curcumin Plus is the best turmeric product you can get.

I'm not saying it's the only quality one (far from that).

But if price matters for you – it's surely the best choice.

However, I wouldn't recommend it in 2 situations:

  1. You can't afford it (even though it's much cheaper than most).
  2. You live in a country where it's not shipped.

In those cases – I recommend an alternative from a brand called Nuzena:

  • exact same formula and dosages
  • standard price is about $10 higher
  • however, it's the only brand that allows installments payment
  • you can pay about $9/month for it
  • available for worldwide shipping

Nuzena's product is also excellent – but it's a bit pricier.

That's why I recommend Turmeric Curcumin Plus instead (as a #1 option).

#1 – What It Is & Claims

Before I start my in-depth analysis, I want to give you some general info about this product:

  • how it promises to help
  • the claims it makes
  • who is the producer behind
1. Claims

The first thing I liked about this product is that it doesn't claim to be the best product from its category.

Instead – it focuses on its benefits and how exactly it can help.

Now – out of its many benefits, the #1 one is its anti-inflammatory effect.

For this reason, this product can help joint pain or any form of inflammatory pain.

As I already said, it's described as “The Natural Superfood”.

To be honest – this name suits it perfectly:

  1. Effective in more than 5 health problems.
  2. Also has antioxidant proprieties.
  3. Helpful even for people that are otherwise healthy.

So in my opinion – Turmeric Curcumin Plus ACTUALLY IS the natural superfood.

And that's not all. It's also “The Natural Pain Reliever”, a title it fully deserves.

2. Company Behind

Turmeric Curcumin Plus' producer is a company called Vita Balance.

To be honest – I'm quite a big fan of this brand:

  1. Produces over 20 different health supplements.
  2. Most of them have an excellent price (for the quality).
  3. Its products have the exact same formula as pricier ones.

Basically – Vita Balance produces natural supplements for many health problems.

Everything from turmeric to anxiety and blood pressure products.

But as I said, there's something that makes these supplements unique.

They have quality formulas (with high dosages) and much lower prices than their competitors.

And that's available for 95% of Vita Balance's products.

That's why I'm a big fan of this brand's supplements.

#2 – Formula (9 out of 10)

Turmeric Curcumin Plus' formula is extremely classic.

I'm saying this in the most positive way:

  1. Contains strong ingredients known for their benefits.
  2. Its compounds have clinical evidence behind.
  3. All ingredients have high dosages.
  4. Has an increased absorption rate.

Basically – this is the standard formula for turmeric products.

There are 3 active ingredients in this supplement.

So let's take a closer look at each.

1. Organic Turmeric

This is actually the turmeric powder (from its minced root).

It's the main compound from every turmeric supplement:

  • strong anti-inflammatory effect
  • best natural remedy against joint pain (and inflammation)
  • antioxidant proprieties

What makes this supplement different is that it uses an organic form of turmeric (which you can't find in all products),

Now – some turmeric products contain low quantities of this ingredient.

That's not the case for Turmeric Curcumin Plus.

It contains 1200 mg of turmeric powder, which is an excellent dosage.

2. Turmeric 95% Curcuminoides

That's actually the extract from the turmeric powder I mentioned before.

In other words – it's more concentrated than the powder:

  • effect is much stronger and faster
  • decreases inflammatory pain easier [1]
  • more helpful for general health [2]

To be honest, this ingredient makes the difference between a quality turmeric product and a regular one.

And the best way to see this difference is by checking out its dosage:

  1. There are 100 mg in this product
  2. Many supplements contain about 50 mg.

So this explains why Turmeric Curcumin Plus has such a quality formula.

3. BioPerine

This is an essential ingredient for any turmeric product.

That's because it's an absorption booster:

  1. Turmeric has a very poor absorption normally.
  2. BioPerine increases its absorption (by up to 2000%). [3]
  3. In this way, the whole dosage is absorbed properly.

Now – many turmeric supplements don't contain any absorption enhancers.

That's why Turmeric Curcumin Plus has a big advantage at this chapter.

Conclusion

This supplement looks excellent in terms of ingredients:

  • strong overall formula
  • doesn't lack any essential ingredient
  • really good dosages for all compounds
  • ingredients have studies behind

It's true that this formula isn't original.

In fact – you can find it in many other turmeric supplements.

However, Turmeric Curcumin Plus is the cheapest product with this exact formula.

That's a major reason why I recommend it. Because in terms of ingredients – it looks awesome.

#3 – How To Use It (9 out of 10)

I will try to give you some details about this supplement's pills and schedule.

1. The Pills

Turmeric Curcumin Plus uses vegetable pills – which are the most common for products based on turmeric:

  • average dimensions
  • transparent cover
  • an orange powder visible inside
  • easy to swallow

Since they have a cellulose cover, these pills are really easy to take.

Some people can even swallow them alone.

Still – I recommend taking them with water, so that the process is easier.

2. The Schedule

This supplement is pretty similar to other turmeric products at this chapter.

It requires 2 pills per day – which isn't a lot, but it's not the least either:

  1. You can take the pills at any time you want.
  2. It's up to you whether you want to space them out or not.
  3. The label recommends taking them before food.
  4. However, my advice is to take them after eating.
  5. In this way, you avoid getting any stomach cramps (which are common for turmeric products).

Basically – this supplement is quite easy to take overall.

#4 – Results (8 out of 10)

In order to analyze this supplement correctly – I will look at other users' opinions on it.

In this way, you can see an unbiased perspective.

Note: I only analyzed authentic reviews (not promotional ones).

1. Positive Opinions

First of all – this product is only sold on its official website (no 3rd party retailers).

For this reason, it was extremely hard to find authentic reviews:

  • I found a lot of reviews on it online
  • but I believe most of them were promotional
  • for this reason, I simply ignored them

Now – the only user reviews I found are on the company's website.

I personally tend to avoid official website opinions in my reviews (in most cases, they're fake positive).

However, Turmeric Curcumin Plus' website allows you to write your own review (after you verify your purchase).

To me – that's a major sign that those reviews are legit and authentic.

For this reason, I decided to include them here (it's up to you if you trust them or not):

  1. Most users seem to be satisfied with the results.
  2. Some claim their joint pain decreases after some weeks/months.
  3. Others say their health is slowly improving.
  4. A few even admit it's the best turmeric product on the market.
  5. Many praise its very low price.

Basically – there are many positive opinions on this supplement.

As I said, I can't guarantee all are legit.

But since you can write your own review there, I believe they're real.

So this tells a lot about this product's effect and high quality.

2. Negative Reviews

The complaints were also a problem, as I didn't manage to find too many.

Most were complaining that:

  1. Shipping isn't available in all countries.
  2. Shipping rates aren't the same worldwide.
  3. Not available on Amazon or another website.
  4. Not very helpful for osteoarthritis.
  5. Pills smell a little weird.

Now – it's true that Vita Balance has a problem with shipping.

For this reason, their products aren't available worldwide (only in about 35 countries).

However, I found a few complaints about this supplement's effect in osteoarthritis.

That's why there's something I want to clarify:

  1. It's only designed for inflammatory joint pain/arthritis.
  2. This includes forms like rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis.
  3. Osteoarthritis is caused by cartilage damage.
  4. For this reason, people with this condition have minor inflammation.

In other words – turmeric supplements aren't the best choice for osteoarthritis.

They can help partially, but not completely.

In those cases – glucosamine + chondroitin products work best.

Conclusion

Turmeric Curcumin Plus has a high number of positive opinions:

  • users are satisfied with its effect
  • many praises about its low price

But obviously – there are also complaints.

And most are related to its shipping problems (not available in all countries).

However, in terms of effect – most reviews I found were positive.

So if you ask me, that's a good proof that this supplement is so worth it.

#5 – Side Effects (9 out of 10)

I couldn't find too many complaints about Turmeric Curcumin Plus' side effects.

My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2019) - My #1 Choice For InflammationHowever – turmeric supplements can cause certain side effects.

That's because turmeric itself causes secondary reactions in some cases:

  • Stomach cramps (the most common)
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Headaches

Basically – turmeric causes mostly digestive side effects.

Headaches are a very rare reactions (and in most cases, they're actually not caused by turmeric itself).

Now – what can you do about those digestive side effects? It's quite simple:

  1. Most turmeric products recommend taking the pills before food.
  2. This increases their absorption (according to them).
  3. However, it also increases the risk for stomach pain.
  4. That's why I always recommend taking turmeric after eating.
  5. The effect is pretty much the same but the risk of side effects decreases.

In fact – most people who followed my advice claim they didn't experience stomach cramps anymore.

That's a simple tip that can save you from a lot of pain, trust me.

#6 – Price (10 out of 10)

That's by far the best thing about this supplement.

Actually – it has the lowest price among high quality turmeric supplement.

And that's a main reason why it's my #1 recommendation.

1. The Exact Price

As I said – Turmeric Curcumin Plus is mostly sold on its official website.

That's why its price is constant most of the time:

  1. One bottle costs $23.95 normally.
  2. Shipping fees are around $5.
  3. You get a much better price if you buy more bottles at once.
  4. For instance, you can get a bottle for about $16.

Honestly – $16 per month is surely the best price I have found in a turmeric supplement for this quality.

Considering that many quality products cost around $40, Turmeric Curcumin Plus is a great deal.

I personally haven't found any better deal – so this tells a lot.

And as I said – this is the #1 reason why I strongly recommend it instead of others.

2. Worth It Or Not?

To be honest – if Turmeric Curcumin Plus isn't worth it, I don't know what else would be worth it:

  • excellent price (compared to its competitors)
  • strong formula
  • really high quality for the price

Since it has probably the best price on the market, I definitely recommend it.

If you ask me – it's by far the best turmeric supplement I know (in terms of quality/price).

Conclusion

Turmeric Curcumin Plus has a great price overall:

  • costs $24 per bottle normally
  • you can get it for almost $16 per bottle

Honestly – I don't know any turmeric supplement that comes with such a low price.

Not to mention that cheap ones tend to have a poor quality (formula and dosages).

And as you can see – that's totally not the case with Turmeric Curcumin Plus.

That's why I strongly recommend it.

#7 – Availability (8 out of 10)

Like many supplement made by smaller brands – Turmeric Curcumin Plus isn't very easy to find.

My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2019) - My #1 Choice For InflammationThat's because smaller brands don't have contracts with big retailers like Amazon or Walmart.

Massive brands do – but they also have higher prices.

Instead – smaller brands prefer to sell their products on their own websites.

And that's also the case with this product:

  1. Only available on its official website.
  2. You can also find it on Vita Balance's website.
  3. Sometimes it's also available on Ebay.

However – if you want to get the best price, go for its official website.

They have big discounts constantly there.

And as I said – you can get it for about $16 per bottle (which is an unbeatable price).

#8 – Turmeric Curcumin Plus In 3 Conclusions

Here's how I would sum up my opinion on this product (in 3 ideas).

1. Classic Formula

Overall – this supplement has an excellent ingredient list.

It contains the classic formula for a turmeric supplement (in the good way):

  • based on 3 ingredients (Turmeric + Turmeric Extract + BioPerine)
  • really good dosages
  • quality formula overall

So if I were to recommend one type of turmeric supplement formula – it would surely be this one.

It's strong enough to relieve pain, but weak enough to keep you safe from side effects.

2. Lowest Price On The Market

As I said – you can get this supplement for around $16/bottle.

I personally don't know any other turmeric product that costs so little.

At least not among quality products.

That's why I strongly recommend Turmeric Curcumin Plus:

  • great price for the quality
  • lowest cost overall (compared to its competitors)
3. Best Turmeric Supplement I Know

Considering the quality is has for this price, this product deserves to be my #1 recommendation:

  • costs a lot less than other brands
  • really strong formula
  • many positive reviews

Besides – many other turmeric supplements contain the exact same ingredients (and quantities).

But still – most cost around $30 (or even more).

That's why Turmeric Curcumin Plus has a big advantage over its competitors.

#9 – My Video Review

My Verdict – Worth It Or Not?

Short answer: Definitely.

My Turmeric Curcumin Plus Review (2019) - My #1 Choice For InflammationIt's the best turmeric supplement I know at this point:

  1. Based on classic ingredients in high dosages.
  2. Best price among turmeric supplements.
  3. Effective for several health problems (especially inflammatory pain).
  4. Many satisfied customers.

It's true that it's not a perfect supplement.

That's because it's only available on its official website and ships to about 35 countries only.

This includes US, UK, Australia, Canada, India, Brazil, New Zealand and some others.

So if you're lucky enough to live in one of those countries – this product is by far my #1 choice.

If not – I recommend an alternative that costs a few extra dollars but ships worldwide.

Anyway – back to Turmeric Curcumin Plus:

  • I strongly recommend buying the largest package
  • in this way, you get the best price per bottle
  • also, they offer you one free bottle

But overall – I personally don't know any better turmeric supplement than this one.

So if you really want to get a quality product without spending a small fortune, I strongly recommend this product.

  1. This thing really works! No improvement in the first month and wanted to stop taking it but I had one more bottle left. After another month my pain was 3 numbers lower and I felt much better most of the time. It’s going to take time but if you’re patient you’re going to see a big change pretty fast. Totally recommend this, great price!!!

    1. Hi Leo, thanks a lot for your feedback on this supplement. I’m glad you were patient enough and you managed to see a big improvement. When it comes to supplements, it takes about 2-3 months for the to start working (on an average). It can happen sooner or later, but they will rarely work within weeks (especially those designed for pain relief).

I would love to hear your future experience and whether the relief gets even better or not.

  2. Thank you so much for your website and recommendations. I’ve been suffering from Arthritis for a long time and I’ve seen many doctors but I stopped taking painkillers for reasons of side effects. So I was looking for supplements. Then I purchased and enjoyed the Turmeric Curcumin Plus given in your article .These capsules worked very well for me.The places that were swollen at the joint were better in a couple of weeks. I had some slight problems with high blood pressure too but it seems the supplement also helped with this (or is it a coincidence?). And now my pain has subsided so much that I only consumed it for close to 45 days. And to me it feels like the best supplement. I think that if I see a change already, it’s going to get better with time.

Thanks for recommending this, it’s way cheaper than other supplements I looked into!

    1. Hey Kim, thanks a lot for sharing your experience with Turmeric Curcumin Plus. I’m really happy to hear you could see positive results in such a short time. Obviously, if the pills started working already, the effect should get even better on the long term. So you can expect the best.

This supplement also claims to help with weight loss and high blood pressure. So the fact that your blood pressure got better is surely not a coincidence. Turmeric as a herb has lots of benefits, that’s why I strongly recommend it for a lot of issues.

Anyway – please keep me update on how it works in the future and whether you notice even bigger changes or not. I hope this helps.

  3. i am badly allergic to turmeric , large red blotches appear all over my body…is there another product which is effective for arthritis

    1. Hi Joseph, I’m really sorry to hear about this allergic reaction. You’re probably allergic to turmeric as an ingredient, so I don’t recommend going for any supplements based on it (or consuming it raw). Instead, you might want to try glucosamine + chondroitin supplements. They are the best when it comes to repairing damaged cartilages (which is the main cause of arthritis). They tend to have similar prices but less side effects and allergic reactions. That’s why I think they should be more suitable for your case.

  4. What supplement that you can recommend for sciatica that is affecting my rump area and my doctor feels it is coming from my lower back. What do you recommend for the pain?

    1. Hi Arthur, I would actually suggest trying this supplement first of all (Turmeric Curcumin Plus). Sciatica is often caused by inflammation and turmeric is the best anti-inflammatory I know. Vita Balance’s product contains the optimal doses of turmeric/turmeric extract/BioPerine and it has among the lowest prices from the market, so it’s my top recommendation among turmeric supplements. So I recommend giving it a try for about 3-4 weeks and if you don’t get the improvement you were hoping for, I will try to recommend you a stronger product. Hope this helps!

  5. I know I have osteoarthritis, because of hip and knee replacements, and back surgery, spinal stenosis, fusion. But my big toes are numb feeling and quite painful especially when I put shoes on. And now the numbness and pain has spread to my other toes and the balls of my feet. At night I sometimes wake up feeling like someone is sticking a needle in my big toes. An MRI of my hip showed some crystalline debris in the joint but the surgeon who did my hip replacement said it was just gouty arthritis, and not actual gout. My hands and joints of my thumbs and fingers hurt too? I’ve been checked for RA, Lupis gout
etc by 2 different rheumatologists and all of those autoimmune tests have come back neg/normal. I obviously have inflammation going on in my body and My question to you is, is would the Turmeric Circumin plus supplement alone help relieve both kinds of arthritic inflammation?
I would love to some day wear a pair of shoes w/o pain, and get more than 3 or 4 hrs of sleep at night.
Any suggestions you have would be so greatly appreciated!
    Thank you so much,
    Linda K

    1. Hi Linda! I’m so sorry to hear about all these issues you’re going through. Yes, from your description, you probably have a pretty bad inflammation in some of your joints, otherwise the pain should not be that severe. However, it’s quite funny that your auto-immune tests were negative, I would have been pretty sure there was some. But anyway – I do recommend you an anti-inflammatory product, even just to see how your body reacts to it. Normally, if your pain is (mainly) caused by inflammation, it should get better after taking this kind of supplement.

Out of the anti-inflammatory supplements I know, Turmeric Curcumin Plus from VitaBalance is probably the one I mostly recommend. (best quality/price). However, turmeric and other anti-inflammatory supplements are not my top recommendation in OA. That’s because OA is caused by cartilage damage and tear, which leads to inflammation. So the inflammation is not a direct cause of osteoarthritis, but rather a consequence. Also, the inflammation from OA is usually less significant than the one from RA.

Still, your case is a very particular one. My guess is that you do have inflammation and that it is more severe than in most cases of osteoarthritis. That’s why a turmeric supplement should help you. However, I’m not sure if turmeric alone would be enough to keep your OA symptoms under control as well. That’s why I’m curious if you are taking any prescription drugs for your osteoarthritis (long term treatment). If not, associating turmeric with a glucosamine + chondroitin supplement might be a better choice. But I will give you more details on this after hearing your answer. Hope this helps!

PS: These remedies might also come in handy for you.

  6. Hello Olly. My name is Thomas and I have a question for you. I want to blend together my own ingredients for a daily supplement. I wonder if you can help me with the amount of each ingredient I want to use.

    1. Hey Thomas, sure, that’s a really good idea and I’m happy to see someone has this initiative.

So my ideal formula would contain 3 ingredients:

      – Turmeric powder (organic) – 1000-1500 mg
      – Turmeric extract (95% curcuminoides) – 100-150 mg
      – BioPerine – 10-15 mg

BioPerine is essential when it comes to absorption, while the 2 forms of turmeric are responsible for the anti-inflammatory effect. The extract is more concentrated and it has a stronger effect, but a higher dose tends to cause side effects more commonly. That’s why I recommend sticking to 150 mg at most.

Hope this helps you and good luck!

  7. The article indicates that this supplement uses a gelatin capsule. (Gelatin is an animal product.) But, currently, the label on the manufacturer’s site says they use a cellulose capsule, which is made from plant material.

    1. Hi Nick, you’re totally right, it’s a cellulose capsule, so a vegetal one. I have updated my review and everything is fine now, thanks a lot for the tip.

  8. Is this product manufactured in USA? If so where?
My wife has RA for a long time now and actually deformed her fingers and toes and her mobility reduced.
Will this turmeric at least relieve pain?
Is there anything out there to at least even slightly reverse or stop the deformation of her extremities?.

    1. Hi Virgilio! Yes, is it manufactured in the US, but I don’t know exactly where. You can try to contact the company, they should be able to tell you more about this.

Turmeric is actually my top recommendation for rheumatoid arthritis, because it’s the best natural anti-inflammatory and it has a very strong effect (without irritating your stomach, like NSAIDs do). So it should definitely help, I had a lot of people with RA getting back to me with some really good results. However, it’s all about the type of turmeric you choose – but Turmeric Curcumin Plus is my top recommendation, so its formulation is really good (in terms of dosage and effect).

What she could also try are heating pads, because heat reduces stiffness and deformation. They are very easy to use and pretty affordable as a long-term investment. If she doesn’t have a heating pad, she could also try to heat up a bottle or a rice bag, because they’re as effective as well. She can try heat in the morning, as RA stiffness is a lot worse when waking up. Other than that, she may want to take a look at these other home remedies, but as far as I can tell, heating pads are the most suitable for her.

      Hope this helps!

  9. Greetings, I has joint pain and swelling when I was in my mind 20s. I was at that time switching to a Vegetarian diet and thought diet intake or lack was the sour of my pain. I purchased vitamin supplements and that seemed to do the trick. I am now 55 yrs old and the pain is back and worse. I tried heal-n-soothe as I don’t like commercial medicine. However, this caused my hands to swell and pain was worse. Tests on me suggest RA but not conclusive. Your thoughts.

    1. Hi Stacy, sorry to hear about your issues. So from what I understand – your joint pain and inflammation went away after your stopped your vegetarian diet and you started taking some vitamins? Could you tell me what vitamins you’re talking about? Either way – your body can recover on its own in your 20s, especially if we’re talking about joint pain. So I would say your young age was a crucial factor in your recovery back then.

Regarding your current situation – since your tests are not conclusive, you may not have RA, but there’s surely some inflammation inside your joints. Heal-n-Soothe isn’t among my most favorite joint supplements, because it’s very overpriced and its composition could be way better. What I recommend in your case is plan turmeric – have you ever tried turmeric supplements? I had some excellent results with this herb in most of my readers suffering from RA and inflammatory pain.

Turmeric is probably the best natural anti-inflammatory, so it works great for swollen joints and chronic pain caused by inflammation. It has a similar effect to NSAIDs, but it doesn’t cause the same digestive side reactions, so it’s much safer. However, not any turmeric supplement would do, as this herb has a very poor absorption, so you typically have to combine it with an absorption booster (like BioPerine). Most supplements don’t contain that, simply because of price issues (but they cost about the same as supplements with BioPerine, ironically). You can indeed take BioPerine separately, but there’s no point doing that, when you can find a product that has both. My top recommendation would be this Turmeric Curcumin Plus, because it has an excellent formula with some great doses and it’s super affordable.

Some people prefer to use turmeric that is specially designed to have a better absorption (without BioPerine), but those products tend to be on the pricier side. I don’t know your budget – but my initial recommendation would be to try Turmeric Curcumin Plus for 1-2 months and see how that goes, but you should definitely see a change in this time. Given your symptoms, you seem the perfect candidate for this product.

  10. Hello, Will this product help during the healing phase after a total knee replacement? I am looking for natural ways to help reduce the inflammation and expedite the healing process. Best regards!

    1. Hi there, I actually recommend turmeric after a knee replacement surgery, because it’s the best natural remedy against inflammation. This particular supplement is great, because it has a really high quality and a very low price, compared to others, so I really advise you to give it a try. My only tip would be to start taking it (at least) 2-3 weeks after surgery, because turmeric in general interacts with some drugs (especially with blood thinners, which are usually prescribed a short time after surgeries).

Additionally, I would also advise you to take a look at glucosamine sulphate + chondroitin supplements, because these 2 ingredients are the best when it comes to rebuilding damaged cartilages. Since you had your knee replaced, I’m guessing you also have some joint/cartilage issues, so this kind of supplement would surely help you. They don’t interact with as many drugs as turmeric, so you can start taking them sooner. Just make sure to choose a high-quality product, because there are lots of weak ones on the market. Turmeric Curcumin Plus’ producer (Vita Balance) also has a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement I’m a big fan of, because its quality/price ratio is excellent, so I advise you to check my review of it (it’s called ProJoint Plus).

I really hope this helps you and in case you have any other questions, just let me know. I wish you the best!

  11. Hi. I have a lot of pain, mostly back pain, in my body there is inflammation, would tumeric pill work? or what would you recommend?

    1. Hi Martha, I actually think turmeric should be the first thing you try, given that your pain has an inflammatory cause and from what I understood, you’re dealing with multiple types of pain (but it’s mostly your back pain that bothers you, am I right?). So I really advise you to try a supplement like Turmeric Curcumin Plus, I’m pretty sure it would help you, at least partially. Just try to give it a few months, because it’s going to take a bit until it starts working. Let me know how things go.

    1. Hey Norm. Turmeric in general can interact with certain medicines, so the potential interactions aren’t specific to Turmeric Plus, but to pretty much every turmeric supplement.

You should mostly pay attention to blood thinners and high blood pressure medication. So if you’re taking any of these, you should definitely ask for your doctor’s consent before buying any turmeric supplement (so that you wouldn’t spend your money in vain and not be allowed to take it eventually).

      Hope this helps!
