Based on my careful observations, here's what I found out:

• holds brands like Alive®, Fortify®, Sambucus®, Umcka, etc.
• supplements for bones, brain, digestion etc.
• products for children, hair, skin, nails, stress, sleep, etc.

Now – the brand has been on the market for 50 years and counting.

If you ask me, it must trusted by lots of consumers.

So overall – I would say that it's safe to buy from this brand.

#2 – Ingredients (8 out of 10)

Metabolic Advantage has a very promising formula – since it contains 3 important categories:

• thyroid helpers
• vitamins and minerals
• herbal extracts

Honestly – these are the basic ingredients you should look for, in a thyroid supplement.

And that's mostly available for the thyroid helpers.

That's because they are the most important group for maintaining thyroid health. 

But let's take a look at the benefits of these compounds.

These compounds are essential for thyroid health:

1. Iodine – ensures a proper thyroid function [1]
2. L-Tyrosine – helps in producing more thyroid hormones [2]
3. Thyroid – regulates the steady release of thyroid hormones in the bloodstream  [3]

Now, these classic ingredients can be seen in any decent thyroid supplement.

So if you ask me, you should always look for these compounds in a quality thyroid product.

2. Vitamins & Minerals

Here are the essential nutrients inside Metabolic Advantage:

1. Zinc – converts hormones to T4 and T3 and improves thyroid function

It's true that it's not my personal favorite, to be honest.
