When it comes to the actual food, rest assured that you're not expected to cook.

Without sacrificing the delicious taste of the food.
This is pretty much the gist of Veestro's story.

As I said earlier, the weight-loss plan is the main focus of this article.
With that in mind, let's see if this is of any help for your weight-loss journey.

A vegan diet has a fair share of benefits when it comes to losing a few pounds:

However, not many of them were classified into meal plans.

By the looks of it, it was pretty good, but not amazing.
