Are you dealing with severe nerve pain? Or you're simply trying to boost your nerve health?
Either way – my #1 recommendation are supplements:
- no major side effects (compared to classic medication)
- excellent combination of ingredients
- pretty fast effect
So which are the 6 best neuropathy supplements in 2024?
After doing a long research – I chose the best products in terms of quality/price (+ video guide).
Note: These are my personal choices based on quality, price and effect.
#1 Recommendation – Nerve Control 911 ($69.00)
1. Producer: PhytAge Laboratories
2. Ingredients:
- Passion Flower, Marshmallow Root
- Corydalis Powder
- California Poppy Seed, Prickly Pear
3. Best For: General nerve health:
- mild to moderate nerve pain
- boosting or restoring nerve health
- nerve damage
It's the best supplement I know for these problems.
4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $49/bottle (in the best case).
PhytAge Labs' product is the “best nerve calming formula”.
Just like I said – it's the best product for general nerve health.
At least I haven't found any better one (despite looking into lots of products):
- decreases mild to moderate nerve pain
- reduces and prevents nerve damage
- also helps with muscle pain
Basically – it's the best choice for general nerve problems but also for additional issues:
- anxiety and depression
- muscle pain
- mild joint problems
Obviously – it's also effective against classic nerve pain.
Its formula is very strong, so it's going to help a lot in severe cases.
Even so, Nerve Control 911 remains my top recommendation for general nerve health.
If you don't suffer from severe pain or you're simply trying to improve your nerves – it's also the best choice.
Price Tip: If you want to get the best price for it, go for the largest package and you will get a significant discount. In this way, its price is going to be around $49/bottle.
PROs
- Great ingredients (mostly herbal-based)
- Pretty strong effect against nerve pain
- Additional benefits (besides nerve pain relief)
- No serious side effects
- You only need to take 2 pills/day
- Available in most countries
- Reputable producer
CONs
- No real user opinions available anywhere
- Quite pricey at first sight
#2 – Nerve Renew ($69.00)
1. Producer: Life Renew
2. Ingredients:
- Benfotiamine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
- Proprietary Blend
- Vitamin B6, B12, Riboflavin, Vitamin D
3. Best For: Neuropathy and all sorts of nerve pain.
It’s my #1 recommended product for conditions like these.
4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $49/bottle with the strategy below.
You can also get a free trail bottle and pay only shipping ($7) – but only if you sign-up for auto-shipping (which I don't recommend).
Nerve Renew is surely a decent neuropathy supplement from the market:
- Excellent formula overall
- Based on superior versions of classic ingredients
- Higher doses than in most products
- No major side effects
- A full year money back guarantee
Unlike most similar products – Nerve Renew's ingredients come in potent forms.
Consequently, its compounds have a faster absorption so the effect is better overall.
However – it's true that Nerve Renew isn't a cheap product at all.
Still, it has about the same price as similar supplements:
- costs about $69/bottle normally
- in the best case, you can get it for about $49
- you can also try it for free (only pay $7 shipping)
As I said – I don't recommend going for the trail supply, because you have to sign up for auto-shipping.
Otherwise, they won't let you order the trial bottle.
But overall – Nerve Renew is surely a good option for neuropathy supplements I know.
So if you want to spend your money wisely, that's the product you should go for.
Price Tip: In order to get the lowest price, go for the largest pack (highest discount). In this way, you pay around $49 per bottle, which is much cheaper than the standard price.
PROs
- Very strong ingredients in high doses
- The only supplement with 4 essential ingredients for neuropathy
- Only requires 2 pills/day
- Effective for most types of nerve pain
- Lots of positive opinions and satisfied customers behind
- No serious side effects
- You can get your money back for the last order up to a year
CONs
- Shipping costs about $7 in most cases
- Pretty expensive (though more valuable than its actual price)
- Some of its users complaints about spammy emails
#3 – Nervexol ($69.00)
1. Producer: Oceanside Labs
2. Ingredients:
- Benfotiamine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
- Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Coenzyme Q10
- Calming Blend
- Vitamin B6, B12, Riboflavin, Vitamin D
3. Best For: Neuropathy and inflammatory pain.
It's one of the few nerve supplements that contains anti-inflammatory.
So it's an excellent choice for this kind of issues.
4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $52/bottle (in the best situation).
Nervexol is surely a unique nerve pain product:
- based on classic neuropathy ingredients
- also contains anti-inflammatory
As I said – it's the only neuropathy supplement I know that contains Omega-3.
Those compounds have several health benefits.
But in terms of neuropathy, their most important effects are:
- antioxidant
- anti-inflammatory
Other than that – Nervexol has an excellent composition overall.
In terms of price, it's not very cheap.
However – unlike the other products, it has a better price if you buy it as a kit (combined with other products).
It's obvious that I don't recommend that, since the other products aren't anything special.
And there's one more thing:
- It doesn't offer discounts for larger quantities.
- You can only get a lower price with auto-shipping.
- In this way, you pay around $52/bottle.
- However, price for initial order is still $69.
So it's hard to get this product for less than $69/bottle.
That's why it's not higher on my list, despite its pretty good formula.
PROs
- Great composition overall
- Unique ingredients for a neuropathy product
- Certain compounds have superior versions
- Pills are easy to take and recognize
- No major side effects
CONs
- No real user reviews
- Quite pricey
- Discounts are available only if you sign-up for auto-shipping
- You can only find it on official website
#4 – Nervestra ($44.00)
1. Producer: Rejuvica Health
2. Ingredients:
- Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl-L-Carnitine
- Proprietary Blend
- Several Vitamins
3. Best For: Nerve health support
I only recommend it if you necessarily want a liquid product.
But in terms of effect – there are some better alternatives.
4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $44/bottle normally (you can't get it for less).
The best thing about Nervestra is that it's a liquid product:
- easier to swallow than a supplement
- quite easy to take
However – this product has lots of complaints when it comes to taste.
So taking it is actually harder than it would be with a supplement.
And in terms of formula, it's surely not bad.
But compared to the previous alternatives from this list – it's definitely not as good.
So its liquid consistency remains the only reason why I placed it so high.
If you can't swallow pills – you might want to give Nervestra a try.
Otherwise, it's not my top pick.
PROs
- Liquid composition
- Contains classic neuropathy ingredients
- Lots of real user reviews
- Many positive reviews
- Easy to find in many retailers
CONs
- Pretty low doses in some ingredients
- Very bad taste
- No clear dosage
- Lots complaints about side effects
- Quite expensive for its real value
- Can last for less than 30 days
#5 – Nerve Shield Plus ($69.00)
1. Producer: Nerve Shield Plus
2. Ingredients:
- L-Arginine
- Thioctan Root Proprietary Blend
- Vitamin B1, B12 + Others
3. Best For: Nerve discomfort and pain in general.
It's not designed for a certain issue, though.
4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally vs $49/bottle in the best case
Nerve Shield Plus is definitely a decent neuropathy supplement.
But that doesn't mean it's excellent.
In terms of formula – it looks quite average:
- contains the essential vitamins for neuropathy
- also contains several less common ingredients
However – its current price is the same as the top supplements from my list.
So from this point of view, it's not really worth it.
But it still makes a decent choice in some cases.
PROs
- Some ingredients are classic nerve pain relievers
- Pills are formulated as gelatin capsules
- You only have to take 2 pills every day
CONs
- Ingredients and their doses could be better
- No real user opinions online
- Can cause side effects (especially digestive ones)
- Quite pricey for its value
- Only sold on its official page
- Can’t be bought outside the US
#6 – Nerve Pain Away ($15.00)
1. Producer: Nerve Pain Away
2. Ingredients:
- Hypericum Perforatum
- Aconitum Napellus, Lycopodium Clavatum
- Phosphorus, Secale Cornuum
3. Best For: Temporary nerve pain relief
It's a spray so it's really easy to apply it at any time.
4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $15/bottle normally (but there are $2-$3 discounts very often)
This is one of the few homeopathic products for nerve pain:
- entirely based on herbs
- most of its compounds are labeled as inactive
Obviously – the best thing about it is its price.
At $15/bottle, it looks like a really good buy.
But as its own page states – it's only a short term remedy.
So its relief isn't going to last for more than a few hours (in the best case).
However – it's its really affordable price that made me rate it so high.
PROs
- Formula is entirely herbal-based
- Really easy to apply
- One of the few spray products for neuropathy
- Really affordable price
- Easy to buy from several retailers
CONs
- Effect only lasts for a few hours (at most)
- Needs to be applied very often
- Doesn't treat the actual root of the problem
My Verdict – What's The Best Neuropathy Supplement?
Short answer: It's definitely Nerve Control 911.
Among all products I looked into – it has by far the best features:
- Best formula from the market
- Based on superior versions of ingredients
- No serious side effects behind
- Additional benefits (besides nerve pain relief)
- Available in most countries
Obviously – the other products from this list are also some good choices.
But if you want to spend your money wisely, I strongly recommend Nerve Control 911.
It's surely (at least) one step ahead of all the others.
But as you can tell – it's only up to you to decide.
Thank you so much for this, Olly! I have been looking for this type of list FOR SO LONG already but cannot find one as genuine and detailed as yours. The list of pros and cons per items are especially helpful in decision making. I think I’ll go for the most with benefits for me–the one with omega included in it. Thankfully, money is the least of my problems but such still cannot completely cure me. Will be sure to update once I have tried it. Thanks!
Hi Daisy-May, I’m Angelica. Thank you for your kind words as it becomes our motivation to continue. I’m glad that you found something that you are interested in. I genuinely hope that it works out well for you. For sure, it is not miraculous but there’s no harm in trying. Hope to hear your experience soon. Thanks!
Hey Olly, I found this from Angelica’s reply to my comments. This is amazing and I can now see why you would recommend Nerve Control 911 over others… It certainly has the edge overall because of the price and effect it gives. I think I would really give it a try now. On the other hand, Nerve Control is really something that I would want to look into too. Thank you for your great service.
Hello again Francis, this is Angelica! I’m happy that you appreciate our content/reviews. We firmly believe that providing tips and the best products that would help people is something worthwhile. We highly recommend that you try Nerve Control 911 because of the benefits and the reasons why as stated here. To learn more about this, you can also checkout our review all about it. Nerve Renew is also a great choice but Nerve Control 911 is more potent. If I may, I think doing some of this good practices to improve nerve health is also important. The practices here can be easy or hard depending on your capability to commit, self-discipline, and budget (though most are lifestyle changes). All of this will pay off but with your effort too. Thanks again!
Hey, thanks for bringing me to this page. I now have an idea on the range of price for high quality products. Also, frankly, I am still confused on what to choose because I feel like I need to take a closer look before taking a pick. Still, thanks for this list because this made it easier for me. If its okay, may I also know if you do know of other remedies for neuropathy? The pain is killing me every morning and it gets tiring.
Hi Isabelle, Angelica here. No problem as this review is definitely to help people. Choosing the right product is definitely not an easy thing and I agree that taking a closer look will make it easier for you–as tedious as it sounds. However, I would say that Nerve Control 911 is the best amongst the top picks, especially if you have severe pain. Aside from that, you can also opt to add some changes in your daily habits which will be beneficial in the long run. It’s not always easy but definitely doable.
I have a severe neuropathy that wakes me every night. It’s really draining and tiring. I don’t have much money but I’m surely willing to pay if its for my health. I would really appreciate if you can help me with my problem. I’m 78 and sometimes have a hard time swallowing. I also have frequent burning and tingling sensation in my limbs which gets worse when the temperature increases. I think some natural remedies will also be of help. I’ll be waiting for you reply.
Hello Tommy, this is Angelica. Getting afflicted with disease is really hard, especially as our age progresses. If you have a hard time swallowing, I don’t think that this supplement may be of help to you. Instead, why don’t you check out this 8 best treatment that we found for neuropathy? It is a collection of treatment from medicines to habits; all of which you might find useful. Included here is the best DMSO lotion that we found, Arctic Blast. It’s a lotion that you apply to the area hurting. It brings fast and long-lasting pain relief. I think this is perfect for you since it’s applied externally. Following this guide for more tips to improving your nerve health is also another option. All this recommendation is up to you but I hope that you give it a try. All the best.
Dear Olly,
I have read your article about Nerve Renew, but I don’t think it quite fits me. I only have a mild nerve pain so I’m unsure on whether to get it or not. Aside from that, I am already advanced in age so what other recommendations do you have aside from supplements? I am thankful that its still mild but I would really like to make an effort myself to improve my health.
Sincerely,
Evelina
How are you, Evelina? I’m Angelica. For milder symptoms, I think Nerve Control 911 might do the trick. We consider it as another top supplement for nerve pain/neuropathy. Moreover, another plus for this is that it promotes general nerve health. Aside from that, following the steps in this remedy guide for neuropathy will be useful to you. A lot of the steps listed are easy to follow even for you. As you said, making an effort too will be advantageous in the long run. Better safe than sorry, as they say.
