My Inno Cleanse Review (2022) – Safe And Does It Work?

It's time for my Inno Cleanse review – is this detox supplement worth the hype?:

  • quite expensive
  • promising ingredients
  • causes some side effects

The big question is – do it really work? Is it safe and well-tolerated?

Well, if you want to know more about it, keep reading this review.

Note: This review is based on my research + opinion on Inno Cleanse.

Review Summary

Full Name: Inno Cleanse Digestive Aid by INNOSUPPS

Product Type: Detox/Colon Cleanser Supplement

Best Actual Price: Around $40

Cheapest Place To Buy: Its official website

Designed For: Supporting the digestive system – according to its claims:

  • improves energy levels
  • reduces bloating
  • promotes waist-trimming

My Rating: 6 out of 10

Recommended?: Not really – there are some question signs I have about it:

  • dosage can be too strong
  • pretty pricey for its value
  • triggers side effects more regularly (than other products)

Honestly – I advise you to try a better detox/colon cleansing supplement.

Compared to Inno Cleanse, it's a much more practical option.

What I Liked About It

  • Contains some promising ingredients
  • Recommends a short duration of treatment (14 days)
  • Quite easy to take (2 pills/day)
  • Has a lot of authentic reviews available

What I Didn’t Like About It

  • Can be pretty strong for some people
  • Quite expensive (compared to similar products)
  • Higher rate of adverse reactions
  • Several complaints about its pills and packaging

Inno Cleanse In A Nutshell

To tell you the truth, Inno Cleanse is a pretty popular product right now.

It contains some promising ingredients.

However, all of them are included in blends/complexes:

  • no individual doses
  • only overall blend dose is given out

As you probably know – I'm not a big fan of this strategy.

That's simply because the individual doses tend to be on the lower side (that's why they are hidden).

Anyway, the label recommends using it for only 14 days in a month.

That's because the formula tends to be pretty strong.

Sensitive people are the ones most at risk – so you need to be careful with that.

Other than that, it has several disadvantages:

  • pretty expensive
  • higher rate side effects
  • severa complaints

According to its users, a lot of people experienced weight loss and a flatter stomach.

So it's a very effective product.

However – others didn't really see any effect.

That's why the potential results are unpredictable.

Also – the price of this product is a bit on the superior end.

So if you ask me, you can find some better options out there.

#1 – How It Works & Producer

Let's take a look at the basic info of Inno Cleanse:

  • how it works
  • the producer behind it
  • what health issues it helps
1. How It Works

First of all – Inno Cleanse suggests a 14 days detox in a month.

It claims to deeply clean your body from inside and out.

So if you're curious, it promises to work in these specific ways:

  • promotes a waist-trimming action
  • improves gut health
  • reduces bloating
  • cleanses internally to lessen constipation

It also claims to work within 24-48 hours after taking it, which is pretty fast.

However, products with such an instant action tend to be pretty poorly-tolerated:

  • detox effect is very powerful
  • usually cause diarrhea/stomach cramps
  • cleansing is way too fast

That's why I prefer products with a slower action, as they have some minimal side reactions.

Also – Inno Cleanse states to trim down your waist size.

Honestly, that's a potential consequence of its anti-bloating effect.

So it's not a weight loss product (or anything of this kind).

But if you ask me – I find the supplement interesting.

2. Company Behind

The producer behind Inno Cleanse Digestive Aid is INNOSUPPS.

It comes with an official website and it's quite famous.

So far, here's what I found out about this brand:

  • focuses on fitness and fat burning
  • sells products for the gut, muscle, male and female health
  • can be reached through social media or email

If you ask me, most of its products have a lot of reviews.

So we know right away that many people have tried this brand.

Overall – it looks like a trustworthy company.

#2 – Ingredients (5 out of 10)

Now – Inno Cleanse contains some promising ingredients.

If you ask me, the formula is made of 4 blends:

  • Waist Trimming Complex
  • Advanced Digestion Complex
  • Enhanced Detox
  • Pro Gut Health Matrix

Almost all of them have herbal compounds.

But in my view, some of these blends' doses seem to be on the lower side.

Meanwhile – the rest are pretty regular.

However, there are no individual quantities for each ingredients (which is a problem for me).

That's why it's hard to estimate the exact composition of this product.

Anyway – let's first take a look at the blends and their benefits.

1. Waist Trimming Complex (824 mg)

The main goal of Inno Cleanse is to trim the waist.

So its top complexcontains the ingredients below:

  1. Cascara Sagrada Bark Powder – acts as a laxative [1]
  2. Aloe Ferox Leaves Extract – reduces body weight [2]
  3. Senna Leaf Powder – aids weight loss and detox [3]
  4. Frangula Bark Powder – treats occasional constipation

As you can see, all these compounds promote detox and cleansing.

In other words – they reduce weight by decreasing bloating, which makes sense.

But again, this product isn't a classic weight loss supplement.

Also – this blend has the highest dose from Inno Cleanse.

2. Advanced Digestion Complex (300 mg)

Now – here's the second complex present in Inno Cleanse:

  1. Fennel Seed Powder – soothes irritation in the intestine [4]
  2. Bentonite – acts as a detoxifying agent [5]

You can probably tell the main goal of this blend.

It seems to be improving the digestive system.

It also works by reducing intestinal inflammation and irritation.

But if you ask me, it doesn't seem to be very involved in Inno Cleanse's overall effect.

3. Enhanced Detox (190 mg)

Another blend present in Inno Cleanse focuses on detoxing:

  1. Burdock Root Powder – removes toxins from the bloodstream [6]
  2. Licorice Root Extract – supports weight loss
  3. Slippery Elm Bark Powder – relieves inflammatory bowel condition [7]

Honestly, this complex has a pretty low overall dose.

So its ingredients probably come in some insignificant quantities.

That's why I wouldn't count too much on it.

4. Pro Gut Health Matrix (40 mg)

This last complex is based on the following ingredients:

  1. Capsicum annuum L. Fruit Powder – stimulates smooth digestion
  2. Milk Thistle Seed Powder – reduces the damage of free radicals [8]

Again – they are also listed in a blend/matrix.

But this dose is also on the lower side.

So even though these 2 ingredients sound very promising, their quantities are minimal.

Conclusion

Overall, Inno Cleanse contains some great herbal compounds.

However – the formula has 4 blends with varied doses.

So you can't really tell its individual doses, but they are probably on the lower side.

That's why I'm not a fan of this product.

#3 – Pills & Dosage (8 out of 10)

In this chapter, we will look at the features of Inno Cleanse.

1. Pills

Let me describe this product's physical appearance:

  • light brown to green powder inside
  • clear encapsulation
  • average-sized capsules

As usual, it looks like a typical supplement.

So there's nothing special about its aspect.

2. Dosage

Now – Inno Cleanse is quite comfortable to take.

The directions suggest taking 2 capsules a day.

But you can also increase the dose to 3 pills.

Also – the recommended period of is is only for 14 days/month.

So after the said duration, you need to wait for the next month to repeat it.

This means it's potnetially dangerous to take it on a constant basis.

But as long as you follow the instructions, there shouldn't be any problem.

#4 – Results (8 out of 10)

Now – Inno Cleanse comes with a lot of reviews.

They are all written by people who actually tried it.

In this way, we can have a great view of how it works.

Note: I only analyzed authentic reviews, not promotional or fake ones.

1. Positive Opinions

I checked the reviews that Inno Cleanse has on Amazon.

The overall rating of the product is 4.1/5 stars, which is really good.

So if you're curious, here's what people loved about it:

  1. Most of them said that it cleansed their digestive system.
  2. Some mentioned that they lost some weight.
  3. Others experienced less bloating and constipation.
  4. There were people who noticed a flatter stomach.

Now, its effects focus mostly on weight loss and flattening the stomach.

Since that's one of the main goals of the product, it's perfect.

So it seems really effective for reducing bloating and consequent weight loss.

2. Negative Opinions

Now – let me also show you the complaints of other customers:

  1. A number of them experienced various adverse reactions.
  2. Many also mentioned that it didn't have any benefits at all.
  3. Some stated that it's really overpriced for its value.
  4. There were also people who received destroyed products/packaging.

As you can see, the formula seems to be very strong.

But at the same time, Inno Cleanse didn't help some people either.

So it looks like it's not effective for a huge percent of users – only for some.

This doesn't make it a scam, on the contrary.

As long as it works for some customers, it's surely a legitimate product.

But it's not a supplement with a huge success rate, so keep this in mind.

Conclusion

To summarize, Inno Cleanse has mixed comments from previous buyers.

Many customers experienced weight loss and a flatter stomach.

On the other hand, it looks like the formula is useless for others.

If you ask me, I would look at other options with some more balanced formulas.

#5 – Side Effects (4 out of 10)

Unfortunately – Inno Cleanse received some negative feedback.

I'm talking about the adverse reactions it caused.

It seems to have a high number of complaints at this chapter.

So let me list down the most popular side effects:

  • headache and dizziness
  • vomiting and acid reflux
  • indigestion and weight gain
  • stomach cramps and bloating
  • diarrhea and gas

As you can see, some side effects are pretty common.

Most detox/cleansing supplement starts by flushing out toxins.

So expect to experience frequent bowel movements.

Still, Inno Cleanse works faster than most detox products – that's why it has a higher rate of side effects:

  • a bit too powerful
  • diarrhea appears due to a forced cleanse

If you ask me, a good detox product shouldn't interfere with your daily activities.

That's why I prefer products with a slower to regular cleansing effect.

However – other adverse effects of Inno Cleanse don't look normal.

Also, there were people who experienced the opposite results (bloating + indigestion).

That's you need to be careful with using it.

#6 – Price (3 out of 10)

In my opinion, Inno Cleanse is not that affordable.

So it doesn't look like the most practical choice from the market.

1. The Exact Price

Now – Inno Cleanse is available on Amazon.

However, it has a lower price on its own website:

  • Single purchase of one bottle is $39.99
  • Subscription price for one bottle is $31.99
  • Free “30 Days Gut Fix Guide” included
  • Offers installments for orders $50+

Again – this product has some promising ingredients.

It worked for most people when it comes to waist-trimming.

At the same time, it didn't work for others and it caused lots of side effects in certain users..

So overall, I couldn't recommend it, since it's expensive for its quality.

Now – one bottle can be used for 2 cycles (2 months).

However, you can find the same strategy in other products.

And I'm talking about supplements with a more affordable pricing.

Still, it's up to you if you want to buy it or not.

2. Competitors’ Price

Let me suggest to you my top recommended colon cleansing supplement.

The product I'm talking about is Colon Detox Plus:

  1. Colon Detox Plus has a mix of natural and herbal ingredients.
  2. The formula focuses on cleansing and detoxifying your body.
  3. Inno Cleanse contains some promising ingredients.
  4. But they are all in blends/complexes (with varied doses).
  5. Both supplements require only 2 capsules per day.
  6. Colon Detox Plus can be bought for only $16 (normal price is $24.80).
  7. Inno Cleanse's price for one bottle is around $40 (one-time purchase).

Obviously, Colon Detox Plus is way more affordable than Inno Cleanse.

Not only that, but it also has a better formulation and features.

So overall – I still think it's the best value for your money.

Conclusion

In my view, Inno Cleanse is quite expensive.

Sure – it has some promising ingredients that worked for some people.

But I don't think the price is right for what it offers.

So honestly – I urge you to look for an option with some better features and pricing.

#7 – Final Conclusions

Here's the summary of my opinions on Inno Cleanse.

1. Promising Ingredients

If you ask me, Inno Cleanse contains some good compounds.

Most of its formula is made of herbal ingredients.

However – everything is included in these 4 blends:

  • Waist Trimming Complex
  • Advanced Digestion Complex
  • Enhanced Detox
  • Pro Gut Health Matrix

Some blends have some higher doses and the others are on the lower side.

2. Some Side Effects

Honestly – Inno Cleanse worked in most cases.

Its best results were related to weight loss and a flatter stomach.

But some people experienced the opposite effects, as well as some adverse reactions.

The reason could be the unbalanced doses of its formula.

So you need to be careful when using it.

3. Quite Expensive

For the last part, Inno Cleanse is not the most affordable option.

The price of one bottle is $39.99.

It's enough for 2 months (since one cycle is 14 days only).

However – you can find a more practical option (in terms of price).

My Verdict – Worth It Or Not?

Short answer: Not really – it has some red flags overall:

  1. Pretty pricey in reality
  2. Promotes a very fast (and more dangerous) detox
  3. Causes some side effects
  4. No results in some people

If you ask me, Inno Cleanse has some promising ingredients.

But I don't think it's the best option from the market.

That's simply because the formula has a higher rate of side effects.

Ironically, some people didn't notice absolutely any improvement.

So it's a pretty unpredictable product.

Now – I have another suggestion for you.

It's a product called Colon Detox Plus:

  • Very well-tolerated
  • Great results for cleansing and detox
  • Natural and unique ingredients
  • Really affordable for its quality

There are a lot of reasons why Colon Detox Plus is a much better choice.

It's really cheap and it comes with way better features.

So you can tell that its effect is extremely potent, but extremely easy to tolerate at the same time.
