Don't fret though! Insomnia can be treated fast and easily.

Here's how to cure insomnia naturally in just 8 easy steps.

Make sure that you follow all the steps and you will definitely manage to get rid of insomnia.

Note: This guide is based on my own research on relieving insomnia.

1. Add Epsom Salt To Your Bath

As you know, sleep is especially important for your health.

When you can't sleep, your whole organism doesn't function properly.

However, what causes insomnia and other sleep problems?

One of the principal causes of insomnia is stress

Maybe you are very stressed at work or at home.

You might also have such a busy schedule that you can barely find a moment to relax.

What can you do in such situations? Well, you need to put yourself first.

Remember, if you are not in good health, you can't enjoy all the activities that you want.

So, one perfect moment when you can relax is in the evening.

This will certainly help you get rid of your insomnia.

How can you relax? By taking a long bath, of course!

However, you need to add a special ingredient to this bath.

What is this special ingredient? Well, it is Epsom salt! Have you ever heard of it before?

No?! Well, Epsom salt is so amazing because it has many benefits:

  • rich in magnesium
  • helps you fall asleep faster
  • improves the quality of your sleep

Actually, the reason why I advise you to use Epsom salt is exactly the quantity of magnesium that it contains.

Why is this important? Because magnesium is an essential mineral for you!

Actually, magnesium is itself a natural remedy for insomnia.

So, Epsom salt is the perfect salt bath for you!

By the way, you should use Epsom salt only as a salt bath.

Under no circumstances should you use it to prepare your food.

How should you prepare your bath?:

  1. Fill your bathtub with warm water (not hot).
  2. Add 1 to 2 cups of Epsom salt to the water.
  3. Relax your body for 12-15 minutes.

Guess what? You can relax even for 30 minutes if you want.

However, make sure that you stay in the bathtub for at least 12 minutes.

Remember, even if you are busy, your health should come first.

So, take a bath and I'm sure that you will manage to sleep better!

SUMMARY

Taking a bath is beneficial for you because it helps you relax your body.

However, in order to manage to sleep better, I recommend you add Epsom salt to your bath.

That's because this type of salt is rich in magnesium, a mineral that you definitely need.

2. Special Supplement

“Are you sure that this guide will work for me?” you may ask.

Absolutely! However, there is one condition here.

You need to take a high-quality supplement. I know, such a supplement might be hard to find.

There are many products that promise you they will cure insomnia, but they actually turn out to be a scam.

So, what can you do in such a case? Which supplement should you take?

Fortunately, I am here for you and I can recommend an amazing product to you.

It is called Sleep Support Plus and it makes the best sleep supplement I know!

“Is this true? Sleep Support Plus will surely work in my case?” you are probably wondering.

Trust me, this supplement is very effective and it has so many benefits.

Which are those? Well, let's have a look at them:

  • has a unique formula based on great ingredients (herbs)
  • doesn't sedate you
  • boosts melatonin production
  • doesn't cause side effects
  • its previous users are happy with the results

Sleep Support Plus does have many advantages, right?

To make sure that you understand them correctly, I'm going to stick to them a little bit more.

So, let's see why it is important that this supplement doesn't sedate you.

Have you ever wondered why you wake up tired even if you took a sedative and you fell asleep?

That's because a product that sedates you doesn't allow you to have quality sleep.

So, even if you do manage to fall asleep, your body doesn't rest, so you wake up tired.

However, Sleep Support Plus doesn't work by sedating you.

So, not only do you manage to fall asleep, but you also manage to sleep peacefully.

This is great, right?

Moreover, it boosts the production of melatonin, a hormone that helps you catch some z's.

Also, it improves your sleep:

  • increases sleep sensation at night, not during the day
  • leads to a deep and healthy sleep (without nightmares)

Thus, you can benefit from all these advantages.

All you need to do is to try Sleep Support Plus.

I'm sure that you will be so satisfied with its results that you will recommend it to everyone!

Remember, good sleep leads to a healthy and happy life.

So, have a good night's sleep and stay healthy!

SUMMARY

A qualitative supplement is certainly a good solution for your sleep problems.

So, I advise you to try Sleep Support Plus, a very effective product.

Not only will it help you fall asleep, but it will also improve the quality of your sleep.

I'm sure that you have already heard of valerian tea and its benefits.

Actually, valerian tea has long been used as a remedy for various sleep problems.

So, it is a safe and accessible treatment that will surely work in your case as well.

I already mentioned that valerian tea has many properties.

You might be familiar with some of them, but I want to make sure that you know why this tea is good for you.

So, let's see its advantages:

  • helps you fall asleep faster [1]
  • improves the quality of your sleep
  • decreases anxiety and helps your body relax

As you can see, valerian tea is one of the best teas for you.

It has many benefits and it can cure insomnia easily.

Thus, let's find out how you can prepare it.

All you need is:

Here are the instructions:

  1. Pour the boiling water over the dried roots or the teabag.
  2. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the honey and the lemon slices to the tea.
  4. Enjoy.

It is so easy to prepare this tea, isn't it?

So, you should definitely try it out!

“You praise this tea so much. Should I say that it doesn't have any disadvantage?” you may ask.

Well, what may be considered a disadvantage is its smell and taste.

Some people complained that valerian tea has an unpleasant smell.

Also, its taste is described as “woody” or “earthy”.

This is understandable considering the fact that we are talking about a root after all.

However, you can change its taste a little bit by adding some honey and some lemon to it.

These two ingredients might make its taste more pleasant.

When it's the perfect time to drink valerian tea?

Well, here you have two options:

  1. You can either drink it during the whole day.
  2. Or you can have it only in the evening.

If you choose the first option – you have to drink 3 cups of tea per day, the last one being in the evening.

If the second option suits you best, you only need to drink one cup of tea.

Yet, make sure that you drink it 1 or 2 hours before your bedtime.

If you have valerian tea every day, you should see some results in a couple of weeks.

So, make sure that you don't forget to drink this tea every day!

If you do that, you will definitely be able to sleep better!

That's because it has a sedative effect and it also improves the quality of your sleep.

So, make sure that you drink one cup of valerian tea before you go to bed.

4. Have More Magnesium

I already talked a lot about the reasons why magnesium is very important for you!

As I don't want to bore you, I won't repeat that again.

What I want to tell you is that having an Epsom salt bath might not be enough.

You will get some magnesium, but not the whole amount that you need.

What should you do then? Should you take another supplement?

Well, it is not necessary to take a magnesium supplement, but you can do that if you want to.

However, I will talk about a more natural way of getting the magnesium that you need.

So, all you have to do is eat foods that are rich in magnesium. [2]

Which are those?

Well, there are many foods that are rich in magnesium, too many to count.

Yet, our list will be shorter, I assure you, and it will contain some of the best foods for you.

Let's start with soy milk. As you probably know, soy milk is an excellent substitute for regular milk.

However, this is not its only advantage. It has many other benefits like:

  • a good source of magnesium, of course
  • rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  • high in vitamin B

What should you do with it? You should drink it, of course!

You can add it to your smoothies and coffee.

Or you can eat cereals with soy milk, instead of regular milk.

A cup of soy milk before you go to sleep might be another great drink for you.

Yet, make sure that you include it in your daily diet.

What else should you try? What do you say about avocado?

It is one of the healthiest foods that you can have, isn't it?

Actually, avocado has so many beneficial properties:

  • is rich in magnesium
  • a good source of potassium, vitamin B, and vitamin K
  • is high in fibers

Even though avocado is considered a fruit, it is very versatile.

It can be used as an ingredient in both sweet and salty foods.

So, you surely need to include it in your meals!

Another food that is a good source of magnesium is oatmeal.

These days, it is quite fashionable to eat oatmeal for breakfast, isn't it?

Actually, this is also one of my favorite foods and maybe you feel the same.

Beside the fact that oatmeal contains magnesium, it is also quite versatile.

So, you can add different things to it, like:

  • bananas
  • chocolate
  • forest fruits (blueberries, strawberries)
  • different nuts and seeds (almonds, chia seeds)
  • more fruits (peaches, apricots)
  • even dried fruits (dates, figs)

Did I convince you to eat oatmeal for breakfast? I hope I did because it certainly is delicious.

As I said, you can add chocolate to your oatmeal.

Actually, chocolate is another great source of magnesium! Can you believe it?

Not only is it delicious, but it is also beneficial for you.

However, make sure that you don't eat chocolate very late in the evening.

It contains caffeine, even if in small amounts, it is still caffeine.

Now that you know what foods you should eat, make sure that you have a diet rich in magnesium.

Eat foods that contain magnesium and get rid of your insomnia!

SUMMARY

Magnesium is a mineral that is very important for those who have sleep problems.

So, in order to get the magnesium that you need, you have to eat foods rich in magnesium.

Some of them are soy milk, avocado, and oatmeal.

5. Massage + Aromatherapy

Massage and aromatherapy are other two natural remedies that will help you with your insomnia.

How do they work? Actually, these two methods can make your body and your mind relax.

When you are relaxed, you can fall asleep faster.

So, let's talk about the first method, massage.

Massage is a very accessible way that you can use to improve your sleep.

How does it work?

  • helps you overcome insomnia
  • boosts the production of hormones that influence sleep

So, you definitely need to try it out.

In this way, you will manage to relax after a long day of work and to sleep better.

However, for better results, I advise you to massage your body using an essential oil.

Here, you also have many options like:

  • lavender oil
  • ylang ylang oil
  • chamomile oil
  • peppermint oil

All these oils can be used for massage and all of them will help you relax.

However, you need to do something before you use these oils.

You need to dilute them with a carrier oil – like coconut, almond, or olive oil.

Now, let's see the instructions:

  1. First of all, you need to dilute the oil that you want to use with a carrier oil.
  2. So, add 2-3 drops of oil to 20 drops of carrier oil.
  3. Apply the mixture to your skin.
  4. Massage the area for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Allow the oil to soak into your skin.

It is not hard to put this remedy into practice, is it?

One more detail: as you probably guessed, it is better to massage your body before you go to sleep.

If massage is not for you, you can try aromatherapy.

The oils that I mentioned previously can also be used for aromatherapy. [3]

Here you can apply 2-3 drops of oil on your pillow or you can use a special diffuser for aromatherapy.

Both methods are good and effective.

Also, for better results, you should use the two methods together, aromatherapy and massage.

In this way, you will definitely have good results.

SUMMARY

Massage can be a great solution for you because it helps your body and mind relax.

If massage doesn't suit you, you can try aromatherapy.

However, for both remedies, you need essential oils like lavender or ylang ylang oil.

6. Chamomile Tea

I already said that valerian tea is a good treatment for your insomnia.

However, valerian tea is not the only one that can make you fall asleep fast.

Chamomile tea is also on our list and it definitely deserves to be mentioned here.

Do you know what chamomile looks like?

It is a small flower that has white petals.

You probably wouldn't pay much attention to it if you saw it by chance.

Yet, this flower has many properties and it is used as a remedy for many health problems, including insomnia.

Let me tell you more about its benefits:

How much tea should you have per day?

One cup is enough, but, if you want, you can drink 3 cups during the whole day.

Yet, in order to make sure that you have good results, you should drink the last cup in the evening.

I need to tell you one more thing. Don't expect your problem to be cured instantly!

You have to patiently wait a couple of weeks before you see some results.

If you don't see any changes from the first day, don't worry!

This remedy definitely works! You just need to be patient!

So, make sure that you give it a whirl and do away with your insomnia!

Another drink that you can have is chamomile tea.

This tea is known for its sedative properties and it surely is a remedy for insomnia.

So, keep in mind that you need to drink at least one cup of chamomile tea per day.

7. Stay Away From Coffee

Are you a coffee lover? Do you drink coffee during the whole day, even in the evening?

Well, I have some bad news for you!

Drinking coffee might boost your energy, but you shouldn't drink it in the evening.

Why is that? That's because coffee or better say caffeine, might worsen your problem:

So, before your bedtime, try to stay away from any drink that contains caffeine:

What can you drink instead?

Well, the drinks that I recommended to you previously, chamomile and valerian tea.

However, it can worsen your insomnia if you drink it too late in the evening.

So, try to stop drinking coffee and other caffeinated drinks in the evening.

People say reading is good for your brain and makes you more knowledgeable.

How can it be a remedy for insomnia?

Actually, reading can help you relax your body. When you are relaxed, you can fall asleep faster.

Easy, right? However, reading is not the only activity that you can do in the evening.

Here I can also mention:

  • listening to music
  • walking
  • writing

Let's start with listening to music.

Maybe you already listen to music, but not in the evening.

So, from now on, try to listen to music right before you go to bed.

What type of music is best for you?

Well, you can try listening to classical music, ambient or meditation music.

These will surely induce your sleep and they will make you relax.

However, you can also try walking.

Even though people say that walking is not beneficial for you, recent studies demonstrate the opposite.

In fact, walking can help you fall asleep.

Yet, make sure that you don't take a walk very late in the evening.

Last, but not least, if you don't like to walk, you can stay at home at write down your thoughts.

This is also an effective way of falling asleep.
