7 Best Neuropathy Treatments (Review + User Guide)

Top 7 Neuropathy Remedies

Are you dealing with severe nerve pain and nothing seems to help?

Is your pain so bad that you can hardly enjoy your current life?

Well – I have the solution for you.

Here are the top 7 neuropathy treatments you can find in 2024:

  • excellent pain relieving results
  • no serious side effects (compared to classic medication)
  • pretty fast effect

Note: The 3 criteria I used for my choices are ingredients, quality/price ratio and effect.

#1 Recommendation – Nerve Renew ($69.00)

1. Producer: Life Renew

2. Ingredients:

  • Benfotiamine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
  • Proprietary Blend
  • Vitamin B6, B12, Riboflavin, Vitamin D

3. Best For: All types of neuropathy and nerve pain.

It’s the very best remedy against these problems (it combines the most effective substances against neuropathy).

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $49/bottle for a larger quantity.

If there is a treatment that can really fight your neuropathy, it's surely Nerve Renew.

That's because it's the only one that follows these 3 crucial steps:

  1. Breaks the pain cycle before (more) damage occurs
  2. Blocks the existing pain
  3. Regenerates fresh nerve tissues

Most treatments are focused on reducing the pain – without treating the cause.

But that's only a temporary relief, because the pain returns within hours (at the same intensity).

On the other hand, Nerve Renew treats both the symptoms and the cause (nerve damage).

Plus – it also prevents any further pain by regenerating your existing nerves.

There's no surprise that so many people swear by it:

Now – what makes it so superior and effective?

It's actually the fact that it's based on 4 key ingredients:

  1. R-Alpha Lipoic Acid – dramatically improves the nervous system's response time and blocks painful sensations (step #1)
  2. Vitamin B6 – has an amazing pain relieving effect (step #2)
  3. Benfotiamine – maintains painful sensations to a minimum (step #2)
  4. Methylcobalamine – repairs the Myelin sheath around damaged nerve fibers and promotes nerve (step #3)

Truth is – Nerve Renew contains some superior forms of these ingredients:

  • Lipoic Acid: R version is a lot stronger than the classic S version
  • Benfotiamine: has a 3x better absorption than classic thiamin
  • Methylcobalamine: it's a lot more easier to absorb than cyancobalamin

Unfortunately – most so-called neuropathy treatments contain the cheaper forms of all 3 substances.

Why? Because they are cheaper – so the production cost is much lower.

But guess what?

Those products are actually sold for about the same price as Nerve Renew.

This means a lot more money for the producing brand – but a weaker effect for you.

That's why I really recommend you to give Nerve Renew a try – at least if you want a long-term relief.

In terms of price, it costs about the same as most similar products.

But its value is a lot more superior – so it's the best thing you can try for your neuropathy.

Tip: In order to get the ORIGINAL VERSION, make sure you purchase it from its official website. Other sellers don't always have the authentic product.

PROs
  • The only remedy that follows all 3 treatment steps
  • Based on the 4 essential ingredients for neuropathy
  • Extremely effective for all types of neuropathy
  • Lots of positive opinions and satisfied customers behind
  • No serious side effects
  • You can get your money back for the last order (up to a year)
CONs
  • Shipping costs about $7 in most cases
  • Only available on its official website
  • Not available in every country in the world

#2 – Nerve Control 911 ($69.00)

1. Producer: PhytAge Laboratories

2. Ingredients:

  • Passion Flower, Marshmallow Root
  • Corydalis Powder
  • California Poppy Seed, Prickly Pear

3. Best For: General nerve health:

  • mild to moderate nerve pain
  • boosting or restoring nerve health
  • nerve damage

It's the best treatment you can get if your neuropathy has a moderate level.

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $49/bottle (in the best case).

Nerve Control 911 has the “best nerve calming formula”.

I actually consider it the best treatment for general nerve health.

That's because its formula isn't designed for severe nerve pain (as that of Nerve Renew).

Instead – it focuses more on increasing nerve health and regenerating the nerves.

So if your neuropathy isn't extremely severe, this is the best remedy for you:

  • decreases mild to moderate nerve pain
  • reduces and prevents against nerve damage
  • also helps with muscle pain

Basically – it's a great choice for general nerve problems but also for additional issues:

  • anxiety and depression
  • muscle pain
  • mild joint problems

Obviously – it's also effective against classic nerve pain.

But as I said – its formula isn't very strong, so it's not going to help a lot in severe cases.

Even so, Nerve Control 911 remains my top recommendation for general nerve health.

So if you're simply trying to improve your nerves – it's the best choice.

Price Tip: I also recommend getting this supplement ONLY from its official website, as there are several fake versions on the market.

PROs
  • Great formula with strong ingredients (mostly herbal-based)
  • Excellent effect for general nerve health
  • Additional benefits (besides nerve relief)
  • No serious side effects
  • You only need to take 2 pills/day
  • Available in most countries
  • Reputable producer
CONs
  • No real user opinions available anywhere
  • Several fake versions on the market (so buy it only from its official website)

#3 – Arctic Blast ($59.95)

1. Producer: Nutrimo Labs

2. Ingredients:

  • DMSO Base
  • Camphor, Menthol

3. Best For: Instant pain relief

It's a product designed for all sorts of pain – including painful neuropathy.

If you want a super fast pain relief (in as little as 1 minute), it's the best treatment you can choose.

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $33/bottle (in the best case).

Arctic Blast is the best treatment for an instant pain relief.

So unlike the other remedies from this list – it provides a super fast effect (even in 54 seconds, as it claims).

For this reason – if you want a treatment that will reduce your pain within seconds, this product is perfect.

But what makes it so special?

I would say the secret is its DMSO base:

  • the only topical delivery system that is FDA approved
  • penetrates the skin much faster
  • delivers the active ingredients much closer to the painful spot
  • promotes a more durable effect

In other words – DMSO is the liquid base that contains the pain relieving ingredients.

There are very few topical products that contain DMSO (probably because it's quite pricey).

But this base can make a huge difference in terms of effect intensity and duration.

That's why Arctic Blast works so fast – and its effect also lasts way more than that of most topical remedies.

So I totally recommend you to give it a try.

However, keep in mind that this product is mostly a short-term treatment.

Unlike Nerve Renew (my #1 recommendation), it only relieves the pain for a short while.

That's why I recommend associating Arctic Blast with Nerve Renew:

  • Arctic Blast provides an instant effect
  • Nerve Renew relieves the pain by treating its cause

In this way – you will get a very fast relief that actually last.

But overall, Arctic Blast remains my #1 pick for an instant effect against your neuropathy.

PROs
  • Effective against all types of pain
  • Designed for topical use only
  • One of the few remedies formulated in a DMSO base
  • Effect appears in as little as one minute
  • Relief lasts a lot longer than in most remedies
  • Soaks in very fast
  • Lots of satisfied users behind it
CONs
  • A bit pricey (even though a bottle lasts 3-4 months)
  • Only available on its official website

#4 – Nervexol ($69.00)

1. Producer: Oceanside Labs

2. Ingredients:

  • Benfotiamine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Coenzyme Q10
  • Calming Blend
  • Vitamin B6, B12, Riboflavin, Vitamin D

3. Best For: Neuropathy and inflammatory pain.

It's one of the few nerve treatments based on anti-inflammatory compounds.

So it's an excellent choice for this kind of issues.

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally VS $52/bottle (in the best situation).

Nervexol is surely a unique nerve pain remedy:

  • based on classic neuropathy ingredients
  • also contains anti-inflammatory substances

As I said – it's the only neuropathy product I know that contains Omega-3.

Those compounds have several health benefits.

But in terms of neuropathy, their most important effects are:

  • antioxidant
  • anti-inflammatory

Other than that – Nervexol has an excellent composition overall.

In terms of price, it's not very cheap.

However – unlike the other remedies, it has a better price if you buy it as a kit (combined with other products).

It's obvious that I don't recommend that, since the other products inside the kit aren't anything special.

And there's one more thing:

  1. It doesn't offer discounts for larger quantities.
  2. You can only get a lower price with auto-shipping.
  3. In this way, you pay around $52/bottle.
  4. However, price for initial order is still $69.

So it's hard to get this product for less than $69/bottle.

That's why it's not higher on my list, despite its pretty good formula.

PROs
  • Great composition overall
  • Unique ingredients for a neuropathy product
  • Certain compounds have superior versions
  • Pills are easy to take and recognize
  • No major side effects
CONs
  • No real user reviews
  • Quite pricey
  • Discounts are available only if you sign-up for auto-shipping
  • You can only find it on official website

#5 – Nervestra ($44.00)

1. Producer: Rejuvica Health

2. Ingredients:

  • Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl-L-Carnitine
  • Proprietary Blend
  • Several Vitamins

3. Best For: Nerve health support

I only recommend it if you necessarily want a liquid remedy.

But in terms of effect – there are some better alternatives.

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $44/bottle normally (you can't get it for less).

The best thing about Nervestra is that it's a liquid product:

  • easier to swallow than a supplement
  • quite easy to take

However – this product has lots of complaints when it comes to taste.

So taking it is actually harder than it would be with a supplement.

And in terms of formula, it's surely not bad.

But compared to the previous alternatives from this list – it's definitely not as good.

So its liquid consistency remains the only reason why I placed it so high.

If you can't swallow pills – you might want to give Nervestra a try.

Otherwise, it's not my top pick.

PROs
  • Liquid composition
  • Contains classic neuropathy ingredients
  • Lots of real user reviews
  • Many positive reviews
  • Easy to find in many retailers
CONs
  • Pretty low doses in some ingredients
  • Very bad taste
  • No clear dosage
  • Lots complaints about side effects
  • Quite expensive for its real value
  • Can last for less than 30 days

#6 – Nerve Shield Plus ($69.00)

1. Producer: Nerve Shield Plus

2. Ingredients:

  • L-Arginine
  • Thioctan Root Proprietary Blend
  • Vitamin B1, B12 + Others

3. Best For: Nerve discomfort and pain in general.

It's not designed for a certain issue, though.

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $69/bottle normally vs $49/bottle in the best case

Nerve Shield Plus is definitely a decent neuropathy remedy.

But that doesn't mean it's excellent.

In terms of formula – it looks quite average:

  • contains the essential vitamins for neuropathy
  • also contains several less common ingredients

However – its current price is the same as the top supplements from my list.

So from this point of view, it's not really worth it.

But it still makes a decent choice in some cases.

PROs
  • Some ingredients are classic nerve pain relievers
  • Pills are formulated as gelatin capsules
  • You only have to take 2 pills every day
CONs
  • Ingredients and their doses could be better
  • No real user opinions online
  • Can cause side effects (especially digestive ones)
  • Quite pricey for its value
  • Only sold on its official page
  • Can’t be bought outside the US

#7 – Nerve Pain Away ($15.00)

1. Producer: Nerve Pain Away

2. Ingredients:

  • Hypericum Perforatum
  • Aconitum Napellus, Lycopodium Clavatum
  • Phosphorus, Secale Cornuum

3. Best For: Temporary nerve pain relief

It's a spray so it's really easy to apply it at any time.

4. Standard VS Lowest Price: $15/bottle normally (but there are $2-$3 discounts very often)

This is one of the few homeopathic remedies for nerve pain:

  • entirely based on herbs
  • most of its compounds are labeled as inactive

Obviously – the best thing about it is its price.

At $15/bottle, it looks like a really good buy.

But as its own page states – it's only a short term remedy.

So its relief isn't going to last for more than a few hours (in the best case).

However – it's its really affordable price that made me rate it so high.

PROs
  • Formula is entirely herbal-based
  • Really easy to apply
  • One of the few spray products for neuropathy
  • Really affordable price
  • Easy to buy from several retailers
CONs
  • Effect only lasts for a few hours (at most)
  • Needs to be applied very often
  • Doesn't treat the actual root of the problem

My Verdict – What's The Best Neuropathy Treatment?

Short answer: It's definitely Nerve Renew.

Among all treatments and remedies I looked into – it has by far the best features:

  1. The only one that follows all 3 steps for properly treating neuropathy
  2. Best formula and ingredients from the market
  3. Based on superior versions of compounds
  4. Lots of satisfied users that swear by it
  5. No serious side effect behind
  6. A full year money back guarantee

Obviously – the other treatments from this list are also some good choices.

But none of them isn't even close to Nerve Renew (in terms of potency, effect and formula).

So if you want to spend your money wisely, I strongly recommend Nerve Renew.

It's surely (at least) one step ahead of all the others.

But as I keep telling you – it's only up to you to decide.
