Here are the instructions:

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and remove the skin (if you don't like it).
  2. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Add the spiced that you like + salt + pepper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450º.
  5. Take a tray, cover it with a baking sheet, and add some oil and the seasoned potatoes.
  6. Roast until tender, tossing halfway through 25-30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
