So, in order to make sure that you know how to use Boswellia oil, I will give more instructions.

Then, let's see the instructions:

  1. First of all, you need to dilute the Boswellia oil with a carrier oil (almond, coconut, or olive oil).
  2. So, add 2-3 drops of Boswellia oil to 20 drops of carrier oil.
  3. Apply the mixture to your skin.
  4. Massage the area for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Allow the oil to soak into your skin.

Here are the instructions:

  1. Peel the aloe vera leaf by cutting away all of the skin, revealing the aloe gel center.
  2. Make sure that you remove all the yellowish latex.
  3. As aloe vera has a bitter taste, you need to give it a good rinse.
  4. Put the aloe vera into a blender and add water over it.
  5. Blend the two ingredients.
  6. Now, you can add different flavors to this juice (honey, lemon juice, etc.)
  7. Enjoy.

If you don't want to prepare this juice yourself, you can buy different products that contain aloe vera.

Also, aloe vera juice should not be drunk for more than 3 weeks.

If this juice is not your cup of tea, you can apply aloe vera locally.
