It's time to review Vision 20 – an eye supplement that might be a scam:
- very unprofessional website
- lots of unfounded promises
- expensive
So is this product any worth it? Is it any better than most competitors?
Or is it just another rip-off?
I analyzed this supplement in detail so here's the truth behind it (+ video).
Note: This review is based on my opinion + research on Vision 20.
Review Summary
Full Name: Vision 20 by Zenith Labs
Product Type: Eye Supplement
Best Actual Price: Around $50/bottle
Cheapest Place To Buy: Only available on its official website
Designed For: Vision support against aging – it claims to:
- improve eyesight tremendously
- prevents age-related vision decline
- protects the eyes
My Rating: 6 out of 10
Recommended?: No – it's not necessarily a scam, but it's simply not worth it:
- formula isn't anything special
- no opinions from previous users (only biased ones)
- too price for its value
I recommend a cheaper alternative with a much better formula instead.
What I Liked About It
- Most of its ingredients are classic
- Only requires one pill per day
- Pills are quite small and easy to take
- Should not cause any major side effects normally
What I Didn't Like About It
- Lacks essential vitamins/minerals
- Some of its ingredients have pretty low doses
- Very unprofessional website that looks like a sales page
- Only biased reviews and opinions about it
- Only available on its official website
- Very overpriced for its real value
Vision 20 – A Quick Overview
According to its claims – this supplement is based on an unique nutrient (“orange eyesight vitamin”).
That's actually the “Color Essence” of a common autumn flower.
And it's the same product that claims it can start working in as little as 15 minutes.
Honestly – that's impossible and no supplement can ever start working as fast.
Now – these are only some of the unfounded claims you can find on Vision 20's official page:
- the entire website is based on this kind of promises
- there's no medical evidence
- there's no info on the ingredients/label
And if you take a closer look at Vision 20 – you will notice it's has lots of issues:
- No authentic opinions from people who really used this product (only biased ones).
- Very little info available about it outside its official website.
- A price that is too high for the composition.
So even though I don't consider Vision 20 a scam, its promises are surely questionable.
Considering them, I would surely never go for this supplement.
#1 – Claims & Producer
Firstly – here are some general things you should know about this product:
- how it works
- what exact issues it's designed for
- who is its producer
1. Claims
Vision 20 makes a lot of unfounded promises and claims.
That's because its official website looks extremely unprofessional – like a page that is only trying to see the product:
- almost no medical evidence/studies
- many unlikely promises
- several user opinions that seem pretty fake
Also – the website isn't focused on this product's composition (only on its so-called benefits):
- little info about its action mechanism
- claims to help all eye-related problems (not a specific one)
In other words, Vision 20 states to be better than its competitors.
However – the exact reasons behind this statement are not very clear.
It claims to have some unique ingredients, but that's not the case at all.
So its promises look extremely shady – that's why it might be a scam.
2. Company Behind
Vision 20's producer is a brand called Zenith Labs.
In terms of reputation, it looks pretty legit and safe to buy from:
- offers about 2o different health supplements
- has some very clear contact details
- it's quite easy to get it touch with them
Besides – Zenith Labs doesn't have many user complaints when it comes to its shipping/money back guarantee policies.
So you shouldn't be too worried to buy their products.
#2 – Formula (7 out of 10)
Vision 20's composition could be a lot better, if you ask me:
- pretty low doses in most ingredients
- only contains 2 vitamins and 1 mineral
- no trademark/original ingredients
Basically – most compounds from Vision 20 don't come in very high quantities.
That's why you can't expect an amazing effect from this kind of formula.
The ingredients themselves are indeed valuable – but they lack more vitamins/minerals:
- these nutrients tend to be very important in eye supplements
- they are not as essential in products for other issues (joint, brain, etc.)
So Vision 20's formula could be much better, in my view.
But let's take a closer look at its main compounds.
1. Vitamin A (2100 mcg)
This is probably the most important vitamin in terms of eye health:
- strong antioxidant proprieties
- prevents aging and macular degeneration
- improves visual accuracy
- boosts eye health and clarity [1]
Also – it's probably the only ingredient from Vision 20 whose dose is higher than normal.
2. Vitamin C (50 mg)
The biggest benefit of this compound are its antioxidant proprieties:
- fight oxidative stress and eye aging
- can help against vision decline
3. Zinc (20 mg)
This compound's deficiency is involved in night vision:
- a low level leads to poor night sight
- it's also involved in melanin production [2]
4. Rose Hips (100 mg) + Bilberry Fruit Extract (100 mg)
Both of these herbs have similar benefits:
- help vision due to their antioxidant proprieties
- rich in antocyanin
- boost sight clarity
5. Taurine (50 mg)
It has 2 main actions when it comes to vision:
- protects the eyes against light damage
- a deficiency can cause sight problems
6. Grape Seed Extract (25 mg)
The biggest benefit of this herbal extract is that it fights against vascular disorders.
When it comes to the eyes – it has potential to protect retina and lens cells. [3]
7. Lutein (15 mg) & Zeaxanthin (5 mg)
These are definitely some of the best eye ingredients out there:
- strong antioxidant proprieties
- reduce oxidative stress and free radicals
- destroy vision-damaging toxins
You can find lutein and zeaxantin is pretty much every eye supplements.
So their benefits are potency and obvious.
8. Lycopene (2 mg)
According to recent studies – high levels of lycopene promote lower rates of vision damage. [4]
Conclusion
Summing up – Vision 20 doesn't have a terrible composition.
But its overall ingredients and doses could be a lot better.
That's why it's not a product whose formula I would recommend any soon.
There are many better options on the market, so there's no point going for Vision 20.
#3 – Pills & Dosage (10 out of 10)
This might be the best chapter of Vision 20,.
1. The Pills
Like pretty much every eye supplement I reviewed lately, Vision 20 is formulated as capsules:
- transparent gelatin cover
- easy to swallow
- average dimensions and sizing
2. The Dosage
What made me rate this supplement so high here is its very small serving size.
It only requires 1 pill per day – which is extremely comfortable.
Also, it's up to you when exactly you decide to take it.
I personally recommend either after breakfast/lunch – just make sure you take in on a full stomach.
#4 – Results (4 out of 10)
I usually analyze a product's customer feedback, in order to see how it really works.
But as I somehow expected – Vision 20 has no user opinions outside its official page.
Note: I only consider authentic reviews, not promotional ones.
1. What People Say
Basically – the only customer experiences on this product were on its official page.
I usually avoid official websites, because those reviews tend to be biased (false positive).
But when it comes to Vision 20 – they seem even more biased than in most products:
- all reviews tell pretty much the same thing
- every user has a detailed (and similar) profile picture
- there are only 5 stars praises
So I personally could never believe those opinions there.
To me, they look 100% biased:
Conclusion
Judging after its customer feedback, Vision 20 can't be analyzed:
- only reviews on its official website
- they look extremely fake and biased
So from this point of view, I could never recommend a product like this.
If it gave you the chance to write your own review (as a previous customer) – its reviews might have been legit.
But in these conditions, I could not trust it in terms of effect.
#5 – Side Effects (8 out of 10)
It's quite obvious that there are no complaints on Vision 20's secondary reactions.
Since it has no real user opinions – it couldn't have any serious complaint.
However – I consider it a pretty safe supplement:
- its ingredients are pretty classic and regular
- their doses are rather on the lower side
The only ingredient that might cause any side effect would be vitamin A.
That's because it comes in a higher dose than in most cases (it's the only one).
Still – it's not a pretty dangerous vitamin when it comes to this.
So I doubt it would cause anything major in most people.
#6 – Price (5 out of 10)
Given the pretty weak quality of its formula – I consider Vision 20 pretty overpriced.
It's not the priciest eye supplement out there, but it's surely expensive.
1. The Exact Price
As I said – this supplement is only available on its official website.
So that's where you're going to find the lowest price:
- A regular bottle costs $49/bottle.
- Price gets a bit lower if you buy larger quantities.
- A 3 months supply comes at $39/bottle.
- On the other hand, a 6 months supply costs $33/bottle.
Now – $33 is not a huge price for an eye supplement.
But for a product with a formula of this kind, it is pretty high.
However, I wouldn't recommend going straight for the 6 months supply (since I'm not completely sure it's the most legit product).
And at $50/bottle, Vision 20 is very expensive.
So it's definitely not worth the money in this case.
2. Competitors' Price
I will only compare Vision 20 with my #1 recommended eye supplement.
I'm talking about a product called Lutenol:
- In terms of ingredient, Lutenol is clearly superior.
- As for the price, Vision 20 costs $50 normally.
- In the best case, it costs about $33/bottle.
- Lutenol costs $28 as a standard price.
- In the best case, you can get it for about $20/bottle.
Basically – Lutenol has a much better composition and yet a much lower price.
So compared to Vision 20, I feel like it would make a much better option.
Conclusion
Vision 20 might not be the priciest supplement out there – but it's still not worth it.
It's simply too expensive for what it contains.
And when there are many cheaper alternatives, there's no point going for it.
#7 – Final Conclusions
Here's how I would sum up my opinion on Vision 20 (in 3 ideas).
1. Not The Best Formula
As I said – Vision 20's composition has a couple of issues:
- lacks more vitamins/minerals
- low doses in general
It surely has its own good side, that's a fact.
But it's not the kind of formula I would recommend at any point.
2. Lacks Real Opinions
Vision 20 has one of the common problems of supplements.
It only has some user reviews on its official page.
But as in most cases – they seem extremely fake and biased.
So in reality, it pretty much lacks real customer opinions.
3. Pricey
For the value of its ingredients, this supplement is clearly overpriced.
I'm not saying it's the priciest you can find, far from that.
But given its composition – it shouldn't cost anywhere over $25, if you ask me.
My Verdict – Worth It Or Not?
Short answer: Not worth it.
It's probably not a scam (given the pretty good reputation of its producer).
But it's not a great supplement either:
- Formula could be a lot better (both as ingredients and as doses).
- Absolutely no real user opinion.
- Very unprofessional website (looks like a sales page).
- Expensive for the value of its ingredients.
As I said – I personally do not believe it's a scam.
But it's definitely not a wise choice in terms of quality/price.
So what do I recommend instead? A product called Lutenol:
- excellent formula with high-quality ingredients
- one of the lowest prices from the market
- really good quality/price ratio
I already said it – compared to Vision 20, it's a way better choice from all points of view.

Hi Olly! They argue that it protects the eyes and minimizes the effect of aging but I beg to disagree. I have been taking this for months now and I can see no improvement. I’m 49 turning 50 and began to take it July last year but I can only feel my eyes getting worse. I am fine with letters from a distance but I am now having a hard time with the ones from a much shorter distance. I know for a fact that this truly comes with aging but it feels unfair for me because I really tried my best to avoid this. Anyway, I’ll be sure to take a look at the product you are recommending… I’m not about to give up. Thanks.
Hi Sarah, this is Angelica. Your experience is unfortunate but thank you for sharing it. I know the feeling because its really hard to take how something you have been trusting and investing in did not turn out as it promised to be. However, Lutenol is different because we found that it really works. It offers great quality for its price and has been proven effective by its numerous users. For sure it isn’t some miracle product, but it’s really effective. In addition, there are also other options that you can do/use to improve your vision. Taking vitamins is also another way as it has been proven effective and essential for our vision. All the best!
For real? I actually quite liked this product along with Brain C-13 (which you recommended so thank you!). I have been feeling my eyes getting worse so I gave this a try and surprisingly, it kinda worked. I can feel my eyesight getting better and I have no trouble seeing in the distance. However, I think eating more minerals and vitamins beneficial to the eyes also helped. I am also now taking more care of my eyes. Sucks that it took me feeling the effects of a bad eyesight first before taking more care of my eye health.
Hey Linda, thank you for sharing your experience with Vision 20! I think anyone can relate to this because it is the unfortunate reality for most of us. We really have the tendency to not notice or give importance to things that we think will be there forever. Anyway, better late than never! On the other hand, I highly recommend that you also follow this steps to avoid further worsening of the eyesight. Anyway, I think that there’s still a high chance to improve your eyesight–or at least avoid further damage. Thanks!

Hey, I am really quite divided on whether to purchase this or not. I have been getting bad vision for years now so I am seeking a supplement worth the try and has been proven to be effective. I actually discovered this from an advertisement. However, I can see the other comments with differing opinion which further confused me. So, what makes the other competitors better? Do you perhaps have a list? What other recommendations do you have? Thanks.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Del Garcia
Hello Del! Thank you for asking this. I think that it is understandable that you are confused but if you ask me, I would surely say that choose another alternative like Lutenol. What makes it better is that its really worth your time, trust, effort, and money. It has great quality for price and highly effective. Unfortunately, we have yet to arrange a list to make it more digestible. However, this link will take you to a list of reviews and guides on some tips for eye health which you may find helpful. Vitamins can definitely help improve your eyesight. There’s a lot of study behind it so its really recommended. You can also follow this guide to help you with improving your eye health. Of course, everything is your choice nut this are some of the things and recommendations that we have.
Thank you so much and take care!

VISION 20 IS A KNOCK OFF OF THE ACTUAL REAL PRODUCT CALLED VISION X20,
I KNOW THERE IS SOME SORT OF COURT BATTLE GOING ON ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SUE THE COMPANY MYSELF FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD ADVERSE REACTIONS TO THIS PRODUCT. AS I READ UP ON IT AND INVESTIGATED I FOUND THAT VISION X20 IS THE REAL FORMULA MADE BY REAL DOCTORS AND THIS ZENITH LABS BASICALLY COPIED THEM.
VISION X 20 IS GREAT, VISION 20 IS A KNOCK OFF WITH A BUNCH OF FAKE ADVERTORIALS, REVIEWS, PRESS RELEASES ETC. TRUST ME, I TRIED IT, IT’S CRAP, AND AS YOU SAY, WAY OVERPRICED FOR A FAKE FORMULA FROM A FAKE DOCTOR.
Hey Maggie, thanks a lot for this update, I didn’t really know it was a copied version of VisionX20.
