After analyzing their features and qualities, Tinnitus 911 won over Sonavel.
This result was based on the advantages I saw over the other product:
- Its formula is more potent and effective
- Received more praise for its effects on tinnitus
Other than that, neither of the products won in the rest of the chapters.
To elaborate further, Sonavel's formula details change depending on the version available online.
So it's a huge red flag to invest in a product with a sketchy background.
Also – even if I featured the official version in this review, its formula is still not impressive.
Simply because it's only made up of a proprietary blend with a pretty low dose.
On the other hand, Tinnitus 911's ingredients have their individual doses (more potent).
Additionally – the product comes from a reputable company.
So with that, I believe that Tinnitus 911 is better than Sonavel for that matter.
Not only that, it also received more positive reviews.
So at least it had beneficial effects on some people.
But you need to keep in mind that it also has a high chance of causing the opposite results.
With that said, Tinnitus 911 is still not my favorite tinnitus supplement.
It's because I know an alternative that has proven to amazingly reduce tinnitus and its symptoms.
Also – it almost costs the same, so why would I spend my $69 on Tinnitus 911?
I'll just use it to buy the way better option since it will give me my money's worth.
Overall, if I only need to choose between Sonavel and Tinnitus 911, I would probably stick to the latter.
#1 – Ingredients – WINNER: Tinnitus 911
If you ask me, the formula of Tinnitus 911 is superior.
In my view, here are the factors that made it better than Sonavel:
- ingredients are more varied
- they are not under a blend
Now – both of these products have herbs, vitamins and other essential nutrients (on paper).
But in my view, Tinnitus 911 is the winner since it only has one legit version of the formula.
Meanwhile – Sonavel has many questionable signs.
With that, let's further discuss my views below.
Note: I analyzed the key ingredients of the two products.
1. Sonavel's Ingredients
As I've mentioned, Sonavel has sketchy features.
Well – that includes the different sets of ingredients depending on the versions.
So with that, let me share its top compounds for tinnitus:
- Vitamin B2 – offers relief for tinnitus symptoms
- Magnesium Citrate – promotes better ear functions [1]
- Vitamin A Palmitate – lowers the chances of hearing loss [2]
- Alpha-GPC – improves auditory health [3]
- Zinc – reduces middle ear infections [4]
Now – I want to clarify that the formula above might not be the official one.
Honestly, it's pretty hard to find the legit version of the supplement.
So even though these ingredients could indeed benefit ear health, I don't really believe them.
But either way, the formula is only a proprietary blend (Advanced Matrix).
So in my view, it's still not that potent in offering relief for tinnitus.
2. Tinnitus 911's Ingredients
On the other hand, let's look at Tinnitus 911's main ingredients for tinnitus:
- Vitamin C – provides protection for inner ear damage [5]
- Niacin – normalizes blood flow inside the ears
- Vitamin B12 – promotes and enhances auditory health [6]
- Olive Leaf – reduces ear damage caused by intense noises [7]
- Folic Acid – helps in preventing hearing loss
- Hawthorne Berry – supports blood circulation and overall circulatory health [8]
You might be wondering why I featured more ingredients from Tinnitus 911 than Sonavel.
Well – the obvious reason for this is that it basically contains more.
Now – Tinnitus 911 won in this chapter because it has a better formula.
Each ingredient has its own dose and all of them are not under a proprietary blend.
So in this case, we can see that it's slightly more potent than Sonavel.
Conclusion
Overall – Tinnitus 911 is more promising for tinnitus relief than Sonavel.
Simply because its ingredients have their own doses even if they're on the lower side.
On the other hand, Sonavel only contains a proprietary blend with a much lesser dose.
So in terms of offering effects, I believe Tinnitus 911 will at least provide you with some actions.
#2 – Pills & Dosage – DRAW
In this chapter, Sonavel and Tinnitus 911 have some similarities.
So that includes physical features and serving size.
1. Sonavel
So since Sonavel has several versions online, let me at least describe to you what it probably looks like:
- white colored pills
- presented in capsule form
- standard-sized pills
In terms of serving size, it only requires two capsules daily.
Now – it's suggested to be taken with food which is a good thing if you have a sensitive stomach.
If you ask me, taking this supplement is still quite convenient.
But you might not agree if you're not into consuming pill supplements.
2. Tinnitus 911
Similarly – Tinnitus 911 also recommends you to take 2 pills per day.
You can either take them all at once or space them out.
Also – you may eat your meal first before taking it to avoid possible stomach cramps.
Now – in terms of physical features, here's what you should expect when you buy one:
- pills are made with gelatin base
- comes with an average pill size
- has a hint of an herbal aroma
So again, Tinnitus 911 is pretty similar to Sonavel.
Well – I'm just talking about their physical characteristics and instructions.
But that doesn't mean that both of them are already the same in all aspects.
Conclusion
To sum it up, Sonavel and Tinnitus 911 have the same serving size.
Also – I expected them to look the same.
Simply because they're like the typical supplements you can buy in the market.
However – none of them won in this chapter since you can find a more comfortable alternative.
I'm talking about liquid supplements which you won't find hard to consume.
#3 – Results – WINNER: Tinnitus 911
Fortunately – both Sonavel and Tinnitus 911 have some authentic reviews.
However, Tinnitus 911 appears better than Sonavel since it got way more positive reviews.
In the case of Sonavel, it didn't even get a high number of praises in the limited comments it received.
So that's why it didn't win in this chapter.
Note: I only analyzed authentic reviews, not promotional or fake ones.
1. Sonavel
As usual, Sonavel is expected to be reviewed by different third-party websites.
Well – it's pretty common for a product with several versions.
But the problem with that is the comments were not talking about the same version of the product.
So to still give you an idea, here are the testimonials I found on its Amazon listing:
- Most users said that it didn't alleviate their tinnitus symptoms at all.
- Others noticed no improvement in their current ear issues after using it.
- Some mentioned a slight reduction in the loudness of their ear ringing.
- The rest considered it a waste of money and wouldn't recommend it.
Honestly – there aren't many honest comments about it.
Also, it only has a 2.4 out of 5 stars rating which is not a good sign.
So based on the majority of the comments, it did nothing to reduce tinnitus symptoms.
In my view, that will probably be also the case in the other versions (to be honest).
So if I were you, I wouldn't waste my time and resources on this product.
2. Tinnitus 911
Meanwhile, let me share with you the thoughts of people who tried Tinnitus 911:
- Many people reported a decrease in their tinnitus symptoms.
- Some experienced improvements in sleep quality, focus and general ear health.
- A few users noted that the changes in their ear noises were not life-changing.
- In some cases, the product caused the opposite and worsened effects.
Now – you might question why it still won in this chapter even though it worsened some symptoms.
Well, it's because it received a good amount of feedback from the people who tried it.
So at least we know that Tinnitus 911 is not all about negativity.
Again – some users experienced fewer tinnitus symptoms.
So this makes it better than Sonavel which didn't even receive a lot of praise.
Conclusion
If we only compare the effects of these two products, Tinnitus 911 is the real winner.
Simply because there were people who saw positive changes in their conditions.
So at least it can be beneficial for tinnitus (in some cases).
Meanwhile, the majority of Sonavel's reviews are negative feedback.
With that, Tinnitus 911 appears to be more effective compared to Sonavel.
#4 – Side Effects – DRAW
To be very honest, I don't think both Sonavel and Tinnitus 911 are the safest supplements out there.
Well – I have my reasons which I will explain below.
1. Sonavel
At first, I didn't see any complaints about Sonavel causing serious side effects.
But as I always say, it's not a guarantee that it's a safe supplement.
Again – it has several red flags that you need to be cautious of:
- sketchy versions from different producers
- no solid company background
Just knowing those details makes it riskier to use a product with no solid background.
I mean, why would you use a product that you don't really know the real source?
I'm not saying that it's totally dangerous, but the chances of it being one are very high.
So I don't think you need to risk your health for it since there are better options on the market.
2. Tinnitus 911
Now – I don't think Tinnitus 911 is safer than Sonavel.
Again, there are chances that it can worsen your tinnitus symptoms (based on the reviews).
So for a product that claims to offer relief, it's a huge red flag.
If you ask me, it's forgivable if it only did nothing at all.
Well – it's the case for some people who tried it.
But doing the opposite of its claims? That's not worth it.
Besides that, here are the other potential side effects that you might encounter:
- stomach ache
- nausea
- allergic reactions
Now – don't dwell too much on them since they happen rarely.
I just listed them to give you an idea about the possibilities of trying new supplements (in general).
Overall – I strongly suggest that you think about it thoroughly before taking the risk of trying this product.
Conclusion
In summary, neither Sonavel nor Tinnitus 911 won in this category.
For Sonavel, it's risky to try a product when you don't know the real source.
As for Tinnitus 911, there's a possibility it could worsen your tinnitus symptoms.
So for those reasons, I urge you to find a safer alternative to these supplements.
#5 – Price – DRAW
At first look – Sonavel might look like the winner if we solely based on its price tag.
But that doesn't necessarily make it the better choice over Tinnitus 911.
Honestly – my reasons are more complex than that.
So I will explain to you down the line why none of these products really won.
Note: I will only analyze the price of the 2 products (without the other products from their range).
1. Sonavel
Unfortunately – I couldn't find the official website of Sonavel.
Also, the affiliate links on some third-party websites led me to error pages.
So I'll just share the information I found on Amazon:
- A single bottle is priced at $23.95
- Additional 10% or 15% discount upon subscription
- Free delivery on selected dates
Again – Sonavel's price is quite budget-friendly.
Most especially if we're only considering the price tag.
But it's not the case since we're talking about tinnitus supplements in this review.
So it's very normal to check out its formula and background.
In my view, I wouldn't buy it even if it costs less than $24.
Again – it has a lot of red flags so buying it is not a practical move (in my opinion).
2. Tinnitus 911
Firstly – here are the bundles offered on Tinnitus 911's website:
- One bottle costs $69.95
- Two bottles cost $59.95
- Four bottles cost $49.95
- Six bottles cost $39.95
Additionally – it's also available on Amazon but you can't find more deals in there.
Now – if we're going to consider its qualities, it's obviously better than Sonavel.
However, its price isn't reasonable enough (in my view).
Most especially, if you consider the fact that it can potentially make your tinnitus worse.
So instead of purchasing it, just choose a better product available at a similar price.
Conclusion
Overall – Sonavel's price is indeed lower compared to Tinnitus 911.
However, it's still not the best deal due to its red flags.
Meanwhile – Tinnitus 911's pricing isn't reasonable considering its actual value.
So if you have the budget for it, might as well just get an alternative.
The one that offers better features within the same price range.
#6 – Pros & Cons
Now, let's summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Sonavel and Tinnitus 911.
This will help you decide which is the better tinnitus supplement between the two.

Short answer: More likely Tinnitus 911 – and here are the results in all categories:
- Tinnitus 911 won 2 chapters
- The rest of the chapters got DRAW
At this point, we already know that both supplements are made for tinnitus.
But Tinnitus 911 won because of two simple things:
- its overall formula is way better and stronger
- it got more people that mentioned it helps with tinnitus
Now – all those points are based on the comparison of these two products only.
I'm not saying that Tinnitus 911 is the best supplement in this category.
Well – if I just really compare its features to Sonavel, it seems better.
But to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Tinnitus 911.
Again – it tends to make your tinnitus symptoms worse.
So that's why I stay away from products that do the opposite of their claims.
With that, I always choose a supplement with better overall features.
